Description
A small and elegant entrance leads to the living room and the main terrace.
The modern living room features a characteristic Tuscan ceiling with beautiful exposed beams and two bright windows (with mosquito nets) overlooking the terrace. It features a double bed (140 cm wide), a double sofa bed (140 cm wide), a fold-out wall desk, and a dining table for four (which can be removed and folded away to make more space).
The apartment also includes a bathroom with a window (vasista), a large shower, a washing machine, and a closet.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceiling-high window (vasista), two induction burners, an oven/microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and all the necessary accessories for cooking and dining.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, a large shower, a ceiling-high window, and a storage space for brooms, vacuum cleaners, and various cleaning supplies and accessories.
Air Conditioning and Heating: The entire apartment is equipped with a split air conditioning system for the summer months, along with a fan and an electric radiator for the winter months. Hot water in the bathroom is provided by an electric boiler. The apartment is gas-free, making it safer.
Our Opinion:
This apartment is ideal for short-to-medium-term stays thanks to its excellent location in the heart of Florence's historic center. It is particularly suitable for a couple, but can accommodate up to four travelers who want to enjoy both style and comfort. With 4 guests the spaces might seem a bit cramped, but it depends on how you want to use it.
Outdoor
The upper terrace overlooks the most iconic Renaissance monuments, but has a dangerous vertical access ladder. Access is not recommended and we decline all responsibility.
Attractions
During the Renaissance, this neighborhood was the cultural center of Florence, Italy and the world! The area overflows with humanity especially around the stalls that are spread around the Central Market, very crowded both outside and inside where it is possible, on the ground floor to buy typical Florentine products and on the first floor to do a multi-ethnic lunch break.
The other face of the neighborhood is that of the Medici family who in just a few square meters left humanity with majestic works. Among these you can visit the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the family seat for decades, and the Basilica of San Lorenzo. Without forgetting the Medici Chapels, the family's extraordinary mausoleum.
The great protagonist of this neighborhood, however, is the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore also known as the Duomo adorned by the Baptistery and the adjacent Giotto's Bell Tower.
Parking
If you wish to use the car to travel around the city, we advise you to pay particular attention to the road signs in order to avoid unpleasant fines and to contact private garages in the center (i.e. the one closest to your home) in order to obtain a temporary access permit.
Recommended accesses to the ZTL: via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria.
Upon your arrival at the garage, within 3 hours of your first access to the Oltrarno restricted traffic area (but be careful not to cross the river!), the garage will mark your license plate on the "white list" for regular access without a fine.

Located on the third floor of a historic building (49 steps without an elevator), it features two private terraces, which soar above Florence's historic rooftops and offer a unique view of the city.
The first terrace on the floor (near the kitchen) is equipped with a dining table for 4, comfortable armchairs, a barbecue, and a wooden awning for pleasant al fresco dining.
The small panoramic terrace on the upper floor offers enviable views of Florence's main monuments and is accessed via a vertical staircase.
The apartment is arranged across three rooms: an entrance hall with access to the terrace on the floor; A living room with a double bed (140 cm wide), a double sofa bed (140 cm wide), a desk, a dining table for 4, and a small but fully equipped kitchen with a window. The living room has two large windows (with mosquito nets) overlooking the terrace, modern furnishings, and a beautiful historic ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a window (vasista), sink, toilet, large shower, washing machine, and closet.
Amenities include heating and air conditioning, a fan, a barbecue, a hot water boiler in the bathroom, an oven/microwave, and mosquito nets on the windows.

Air conditioning is only available during the summer months, from June to September (inclusive). With air conditioning, the minimum guaranteed temperature is 25 degrees Celsius. If the apartment reaches lower temperatures, the air conditioning will stop working and will return to normal when the temperature rises above 26 degrees Celsius.
Heating is only guaranteed during the winter months, from November to April (inclusive). Heating is centralized; guests cannot adjust it independently. The maximum guaranteed room temperature is 21 degrees Celsius.

Fantástico alojamiento, super céntrico y muy acogedor. Muy tranquilo y sin nada de ruidos exteriores. Con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Tiene una terraza que por desgracia no pudimos utilizar por tema de climatología pero que da mucha vida al apartamento, incluso tiene una pequeña barbacoa. Que sea un tercero sin ascensor para nosotros no fue un inconveniente ya que casi todos los días marchábamos por la mañana y volvíamos por la tarde-noche. Lo recomendaría para una pareja con niños ya que se comparte el mismo espacio para dormir. Elia y su madre nos recibieron muy bien, siempre atentos a nosotros y vinieron incluso a despedirse. Recomendable 100%

Nossa estadia em Firenze foi incrível! Apartamento excelente como nas fotos, limpo, aconchegante, bem equipado e decorado. A localização é excelente, próxima ao Duomo. Apesar das escadas, a casa estar no último andar é o que dá o diferencial, devido a vista das casas e a subida extra para a vista da cidade. Para nós foi um lugar especial, pois nevou durante nossa estadia e ver a neve caindo da varanda externa foi mágico! Daniele foi muito receptivo, rápido nas dúvidas e nos ajudou com dicas muito boas sobre o que fazer em Firenze. Recomendou um excelente local para um café da manhã delicioso e com ótimo custo benefício. Com certeza será um lugar que gostaria de retornar e me hospedar novamente! Abraços! Rosa

The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the train station, and the main attractions are also a ten-minute walk away. The owner is friendly and enthusiastic, and the house is fully equipped. The owner also has a manual that lists all the information travelers need, as well as the distances to nearby attractions. Expensive and affordable restaurants are recommended, and even the location and fees of nearby public swimming pools are included. It is made with great care.
In summer, you can also barbecue on the independent terrace and enjoy dining that is not available in the hotel.
I highly recommend this B&B and it is my inevitable choice when I come to Florence.

Todo genial. El apartamento está a pocos minutos andando de todas las atracciones turísticas. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama son muy cómodos. Tiene varias terrazas con buenas vistas. Nosotros fuimos 4 y estuvimos genial, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días haciendo turismo. Daniele fue muy flexible con la hora de llegada y nos lo puso muy fácil todo.

Квартира знаходиться в дуже зручному місці. Неподалік було 2 продуктових магазини та ресторани, що було дуже зручно. Також від квартири до трамваю йти хв 8, що дуже зручно. Основна тераса квартири була неймовірна, на момент нашого перебування там ріс базилік і він так пах, що передавав весь італьйський вайб. До основних памʼяток міста дуже зручно добиратись: до музею Уфіці йти 17 хв, а до Академії взагалі хв 5-10. Господар швидко відповідав та допомагав за потреби. Якщо ви оберете цю квартиру для відпочинку ви точно не прогадаєте, проте рекомендую у холодну пору року брати зі собою теплу піжаму та капці, так як у квартирі прохолодно (ми були у середині листопаду). Сходи до квартири були дуже красиві з металевими вставками у вигляді квітів, це як ще одна зона для фотографування. Загалом враження дуже хороші і від квартири, і від власника.

Its a good place on the roof top. Quite near to the city centre and railway station. It is cosy with a small balcony. Only drawbavk which we faced was there was no lift to take the luggages even though several properties are that way. Overall it was a great experience. The apartment is cute and has most of the amenities that we require.

Excellent location and beautiful views from the terrace. A great space for a short trip perfect for two people. We decided to eat in one night and found the kitchen to be very well equipped and probably the cleanest I have used! Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The only minor comment I have is that the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and at night I could hear noise from outside (but to be expected from a city centre!). However, this didn’t take away from a great stay! Would highly recommend

Location was great! Close to train station and sites. Host was excellent , quick to respond to messages. We arrived a little early on a very rainy day and we were allowed to store our luggage prior to check in time in the apartment. The apartment was clean and was great for our needs.

Beautiful apartment with nice balconies. Easy to walk to main attractions and train station. Close to nice cafes and sandwich shops. Slight issue with laundry machine being out of order but the host recommended a laundromat and covered the bill. Overall great place to stay in Florence!

Strávili sme pobyt vo Florencii v tomto apartmáne. Od samého začiatku bolo jasné, že hostiteľ je veľmi starostlivý a rýchlo reagoval na všetky naše otázky a požiadavky. Apartmán bol čistý, dobre udržiavaný a vybavený všetkým, čo sme potrebovali. Najväčším bonusom boli terasy, ktoré boli neustále k dispozícii a ktoré sme využívali nonstop keď sme tam boli.
Ďakujeme za vašu milú recenziu! Sme veľmi radi, že ste si pobyt vo Florencii užili a že vám apartmán vyhovoval. Terasy sú skutočne skvelým miestom na oddych, a teší nás, že ste ich využili naplno. We kwamen aan in een heerlijk koel appartement! Er lagen zelfs 2 water flessen en blokjes ijs in de koeling voor ons klaar. Een boek vertelde ons alles wat we moesten weten. Er stonden zelfs nummers in voor engels sprekende huisartsen of tandartsen. Alles ontzettend schoon en goed geregeld. Wel viel de stroom een keer uit. Dit werd helaas eerst niet serieus genomen maar al met al helemaal goed gekomen! We kregen toen goeie instructies! Ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad midden in de binnenstad! Ik zou het iedereen aanraden

Great home that's in a great location. Was easily accessible by a short walk to the train and was also close enough to walk to other sites in Florence. The apartment was clean, and the three terraces were a huge plus. Our hosts were very attentive and quick to communicate with us regarding anything related to the home.

Tiny but beautiful and pristine flat. Perfect location and the terrace with flowers is a GORGEOUS spot for meals or a glass of wine. That view!! The owners were very responsive and tried their best to make us comfortable. We would definitely book this spot again, ???? Absolutely recommend it.

Leiligheten er sentralt plassert i et hyggelig område med mye å finne på. Veldig behagelig å ha en egen terrasse rett utenfor. Leiligheten er ett stort rom, så fungerte fint som et par. Leiligheten er øverst i bygningen, rett under taket, så når solen står på hele dagen, blir det ganske varmt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement. La terrasse est un vrai avantage pour admirer le dôme. Appartement très bien situé dans la ville. Très propre à notre arrivée. Et Nicolas a été très disponible durant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

What a great place to stay. Just blocks from all the great museums and the center. You must be able to climb some seps however. No elevator to the third floor apartment, as in every building in the city center. We loved being removed however. Once up there we could totally relax.
