Descrizione
Un piccolo ed elegante ingresso ci collega al soggiorno ed alla terrazza principale.
Il soggiorno moderno ha un caratteristico soffitto toscano con belle travi a vista e 2 luminose finestre (con zanzariere) che si affacciano sul terrazzo. E’ composto da un letto matrimoniale (140 cm. di larghezza), un divano letto doppio (140 cm. di larghezza), una scrivania a muro pieghevole e tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone (che può essere tolto e ripiegato per fare più spazio).
Completa l’appartamento un bagno con finestra (vasistas), ampia doccia, lavatrice e ripostiglio;
La cucina è dotata di finestra a soffitto (vasistas), 2 fuochi a induzione, forno/Microonde, frigo, freezer, bollitore, caffettiera ed ogni utile accessorio per cucinare e pranzare.
Il bagno ha lavandino, wc, ampia doccia, finestra a soffitto, ed un ripostiglio per scope, aspirapolvere e vari accessori e prodotti per la pulizia.
Aria Condizionata e riscaldamento: tutto l’appartamento è servito da uno split di aria condizionata, per il periodo estivo, a cui si somma un ventilatore; e un termosifone elettrico per l'inverso. L’acqua calda in bagno è fornita dal boiler elettrico. L’appartamento è privo di gas e pertanto più sicuro.
La Nostra Opinione:
Appartamento ideale per soggiorni di breve/medio periodo grazie alla posizione ottimale nel pieno centro storico fiorentino. Particolarmente indicato per una coppia ma che può ospitare fino a 4 viaggiatori che non vogliono rinunciare allo stile ed al comfort. Con 4 ospiti gli spazi potrebbero risultare un po' stretti, ma dipende dall'uso che se ne vuole fare.
Esterno
La terrazza più in alto si affaccia sui monumenti più iconici del rinascimento, ma ha una scala di accesso verticale (pericolosa), per cui se ne sconsiglia l’accesso e se ne declina ogni responsabilità.
Attrazioni Turistiche
Questo quartiere nel Rinascimento è stato il centro culturale di Firenze, dell’Italia e del mondo! La zona trabocca di umanità specialmente attorno alle bancarelle che si dispiegano attorno al Mercato Centrale, molto popolato sia all’esterno sia all’interno dove è possibile, al piano terra acquistare prodotti tipici fiorentini e al primo piano fare una pausa pranzo multietnica.
L’altro volto del quartiere è quello della famiglia Medici che in pochi metri quadrati ha lasciato all’umanità delle opere maestose. Tra queste si possono visitare Palazzo Medici Riccardi, per decenni sede della famiglia, e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. Senza tralasciare le Cappelle Medicee, straordinario mausoleo della famiglia.
La grande protagonista di questo quartiere però è la Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore detta anche Duomo adornata dal Battistero e dal Campanile di Giotto adiacente.
Parcheggio
Se desiderate utilizzare l’auto per circolare in città vi consigliamo di prestare particolare attenzione ai cartelli stradali al fine di evitare spiacevoli multe e di contattare garage privati in centro (ovvero quello più vicino alla vostra abitazione) al fine di ottenere un permesso di accesso temporaneo.
Accessi consigliati alla Ztl: via Santa Caterina d’Alessandria.
Al vostro arrivo al garage, entro 3 ore dal vostro primo accesso alla Ztl Oltrarno (ma attenzione a non oltrepassare il fiume!), il garage segnala la vostra targa in "lista bianca" per regolare accesso senza multa.

Situato al terzo piano di un palazzo storico (49 scalini senza ascensore), è dotato di 2 terrazze ad uso esclusivo, che svettano tra i tetti storici di Firenze e mostrano un inedito panorama sulla città.
La prima terrazza al piano (e vicino alla cucina) è dotata di tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone, delle comode poltroncine, un barbeque, ed una copertura in legno per piacevoli pranzi al fresco.
La piccola terrazza panoramica al piano superiore ha una vista invidiabile sui principali monumenti di Firenze e si accede tramite una scala di accesso verticale.
L’appartamento è disposto su tre vani: un ingresso con accesso alla terrazza al piano; un soggiorno con letto matrimoniale (140 cm. larghezza), divano letto doppio (140 cm. larghezza), scrivania, tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone, ed una cucina finestrata (piccola ma completa). Il soggiorno ha 2 ampie finestre (con zanzariere) che si affacciano sulla terrazza, arredi moderni ed un bellissimo soffitto storico con travi a vista in legno. Completa l’appartamento un bagno con finestra (vasistas), lavandino, wc, ampia doccia, lavatrice e ripostiglio.
Tra le dotazioni: riscaldamento e aria condizionata, ventilatore, barbecue, boiler per acqua calda nel bagno, forno/microonde, zanzariere alle finestre.
Questa oasi accogliente è ideale per coppie e piccole famiglie. Dopo una giornata di visita della città non vedrete l’ora di tornare in questo incantevole trilocale in pieno centro storico.
L'aria condizionata è garantita solo nel periodo estivo da Giugno a Settembre (compresi). Con l'aria condizionata, la temperatura minima garantita è di 25 gradi, se l'appartamento raggiunge temperature più basse, l'aria condizionata smetterà di funzionare e ritornerà attiva quando la temperatura sarà superiore a 26 gradi.

Fantástico alojamiento, super céntrico y muy acogedor. Muy tranquilo y sin nada de ruidos exteriores. Con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Tiene una terraza que por desgracia no pudimos utilizar por tema de climatología pero que da mucha vida al apartamento, incluso tiene una pequeña barbacoa. Que sea un tercero sin ascensor para nosotros no fue un inconveniente ya que casi todos los días marchábamos por la mañana y volvíamos por la tarde-noche. Lo recomendaría para una pareja con niños ya que se comparte el mismo espacio para dormir. Elia y su madre nos recibieron muy bien, siempre atentos a nosotros y vinieron incluso a despedirse. Recomendable 100%

Nossa estadia em Firenze foi incrível! Apartamento excelente como nas fotos, limpo, aconchegante, bem equipado e decorado. A localização é excelente, próxima ao Duomo. Apesar das escadas, a casa estar no último andar é o que dá o diferencial, devido a vista das casas e a subida extra para a vista da cidade. Para nós foi um lugar especial, pois nevou durante nossa estadia e ver a neve caindo da varanda externa foi mágico! Daniele foi muito receptivo, rápido nas dúvidas e nos ajudou com dicas muito boas sobre o que fazer em Firenze. Recomendou um excelente local para um café da manhã delicioso e com ótimo custo benefício. Com certeza será um lugar que gostaria de retornar e me hospedar novamente! Abraços! Rosa

The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the train station, and the main attractions are also a ten-minute walk away. The owner is friendly and enthusiastic, and the house is fully equipped. The owner also has a manual that lists all the information travelers need, as well as the distances to nearby attractions. Expensive and affordable restaurants are recommended, and even the location and fees of nearby public swimming pools are included. It is made with great care.
In summer, you can also barbecue on the independent terrace and enjoy dining that is not available in the hotel.
I highly recommend this B&B and it is my inevitable choice when I come to Florence.

Todo genial. El apartamento está a pocos minutos andando de todas las atracciones turísticas. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama son muy cómodos. Tiene varias terrazas con buenas vistas. Nosotros fuimos 4 y estuvimos genial, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días haciendo turismo. Daniele fue muy flexible con la hora de llegada y nos lo puso muy fácil todo.

Квартира знаходиться в дуже зручному місці. Неподалік було 2 продуктових магазини та ресторани, що було дуже зручно. Також від квартири до трамваю йти хв 8, що дуже зручно. Основна тераса квартири була неймовірна, на момент нашого перебування там ріс базилік і він так пах, що передавав весь італьйський вайб. До основних памʼяток міста дуже зручно добиратись: до музею Уфіці йти 17 хв, а до Академії взагалі хв 5-10. Господар швидко відповідав та допомагав за потреби. Якщо ви оберете цю квартиру для відпочинку ви точно не прогадаєте, проте рекомендую у холодну пору року брати зі собою теплу піжаму та капці, так як у квартирі прохолодно (ми були у середині листопаду). Сходи до квартири були дуже красиві з металевими вставками у вигляді квітів, це як ще одна зона для фотографування. Загалом враження дуже хороші і від квартири, і від власника.

Its a good place on the roof top. Quite near to the city centre and railway station. It is cosy with a small balcony. Only drawbavk which we faced was there was no lift to take the luggages even though several properties are that way. Overall it was a great experience. The apartment is cute and has most of the amenities that we require.

Excellent location and beautiful views from the terrace. A great space for a short trip perfect for two people. We decided to eat in one night and found the kitchen to be very well equipped and probably the cleanest I have used! Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The only minor comment I have is that the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and at night I could hear noise from outside (but to be expected from a city centre!). However, this didn’t take away from a great stay! Would highly recommend

Location was great! Close to train station and sites. Host was excellent , quick to respond to messages. We arrived a little early on a very rainy day and we were allowed to store our luggage prior to check in time in the apartment. The apartment was clean and was great for our needs.

Beautiful apartment with nice balconies. Easy to walk to main attractions and train station. Close to nice cafes and sandwich shops. Slight issue with laundry machine being out of order but the host recommended a laundromat and covered the bill. Overall great place to stay in Florence!

Strávili sme pobyt vo Florencii v tomto apartmáne. Od samého začiatku bolo jasné, že hostiteľ je veľmi starostlivý a rýchlo reagoval na všetky naše otázky a požiadavky. Apartmán bol čistý, dobre udržiavaný a vybavený všetkým, čo sme potrebovali. Najväčším bonusom boli terasy, ktoré boli neustále k dispozícii a ktoré sme využívali nonstop keď sme tam boli.
Ďakujeme za vašu milú recenziu! Sme veľmi radi, že ste si pobyt vo Florencii užili a že vám apartmán vyhovoval. Terasy sú skutočne skvelým miestom na oddych, a teší nás, že ste ich využili naplno. Rovnako nás teší, že ste boli spokojní s našou starostlivosťou a komunikáciou. Dúfame, že vás budeme môcť privítať opäť v budúcnosti!

We kwamen aan in een heerlijk koel appartement! Er lagen zelfs 2 water flessen en blokjes ijs in de koeling voor ons klaar. Een boek vertelde ons alles wat we moesten weten. Er stonden zelfs nummers in voor engels sprekende huisartsen of tandartsen. Alles ontzettend schoon en goed geregeld. Wel viel de stroom een keer uit. Dit werd helaas eerst niet serieus genomen maar al met al helemaal goed gekomen! We kregen toen goeie instructies! Ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad midden in de binnenstad! Ik zou het iedereen aanraden

Het boek met alle nodige informatie is bedoeld om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken, inclusief nuttige nummers voor Engels sprekende huisartsen of tandartsen. We betreuren het incident met de stroomuitval, maar we zijn blij dat het uiteindelijk goed is gekomen met de juiste instructies. Het doet ons deugd dat jullie het appartement schoon en goed geregeld vonden en dat jullie hebben genoten van de centrale ligging in de binnenstad.

Great home that's in a great location. Was easily accessible by a short walk to the train and was also close enough to walk to other sites in Florence. The apartment was clean, and the three terraces were a huge plus. Our hosts were very attentive and quick to communicate with us regarding anything related to the home.

Tiny but beautiful and pristine flat. Perfect location and the terrace with flowers is a GORGEOUS spot for meals or a glass of wine. That view!! The owners were very responsive and tried their best to make us comfortable. We would definitely book this spot again, ???? Absolutely recommend it.

Leiligheten er sentralt plassert i et hyggelig område med mye å finne på. Veldig behagelig å ha en egen terrasse rett utenfor. Leiligheten er ett stort rom, så fungerte fint som et par. Leiligheten er øverst i bygningen, rett under taket, så når solen står på hele dagen, blir det ganske varmt.

Spotlessly clean apartment; ideal for two people; balcony a real bonus; two septuagenarians managed the 52 steps up successfully! Would definitely return... Bravo!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement. La terrasse est un vrai avantage pour admirer le dôme. Appartement très bien situé dans la ville. Très propre à notre arrivée. Et Nicolas a été très disponible durant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

What a great place to stay. Just blocks from all the great museums and the center. You must be able to climb some seps however. No elevator to the third floor apartment, as in every building in the city center. We loved being removed however. Once up there we could totally relax.
