L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 4 persone in 85mq. ben suddivisi in ingresso, camera matrimoniale con spogliatoio, sala con area pranzo e divano letto matrimoniale, cucina abitabile e bagno con doccia.
Esterno
I lavori di ammodernamento (inclusa l’aria condizionata) hanno salvato la struttura architettonica: pregevoli il soffitto affrescato della sala e le decorazioni del soffitto a cassettoni della camera.
Attrazioni Turistiche
A meno di 10 minuti a piedi si trovano tutti i più importanti monumenti del Rinascimento, oltre che il mercato di Sant’Ambrogio e la Stazione Ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella.
Quest’area nel Rinascimento è stato il centro culturale di Firenze, dell’Italia e del mondo!
La zona trabocca di umanità specialmente attorno alle bancarelle che si dispiegano attorno al Mercato Centrale, molto popolato anche al suo interno. Al piano terra si trova ancora l’antico mercato, dove acquistare i prodotti alimentari tipici fiorentini (non dimenticate di assaggiare il lampredotto e la finocchiona!), mentre al primo piano ristoranti e street food si susseguono in un unico ambiente di socializzazione dove mangiare tutti allo stesso tavolo!
L’altro volto del quartiere è quello della famiglia Medici che ha lasciato all’umanità opere maestose quali il Palazzo Medici Riccardi, per decenni sede della famiglia, la Basilica di San Lorenzo e le Cappelle Medicee, straordinario mausoleo di famiglia.
Tappa obbligata di ogni visita a Firenze è la Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore detta anche il Duomo con la sua meravigliosa cupola del Brunelleschi, adornata dal Battistero e dal Campanile di Giotto adiacente: molti scalini valgono assolutamente la pena di salire ad ammirare un panorama mozzafiato!.
Ma non dimenticate di visitare Piazza Santa Croce e perdervi per le stradine del centro storico tra le sue antiche botteghe, i suoi caffè e le trattorie che offrono i tipici piatti della cucina toscana.
Coloro che sceglieranno di abitare in questa zona troveranno una vasta gamma di negozi alimentari, pasticcerie, fornai e molto altro ancora.

Descrizione degli Interni
L'ascensore arriva al secondo piano, dove un antico cancello lavorato in ferro ci conduce ad un vano anti ingresso.
Un portoncino blindato ci fa accedere all'appartamento e al suo piccolo e grazioso ingresso, arredato con simpatica console, che ci collega a tutte le altre stanze.
L’ampia sala moderna ha un bel soffitto affrescato, due luminose finestre, un caminetto (solo di design), un tavolo da pranzo (per 6 persone), una scrivania con seduta e lampada Kartell (ottima per lo smart working), una bella credenza con smart tv ed un divano letto matrimoniale (largo 160 cm) con il suo armadio. Il pavimento è in parquet ed il raffinato arredamento è completato da uno specchio di design, un antico orologio a parete e due tappeti finemente elaborati.
La cucina abitabile è dotata di tavolino colazione e sgabelli per 2 persone, una luminosa finestra, 4 fuochi a gas, forno tradizionale, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, bollitore, macchina per caffè espresso (con cialde in dotazione)... pentole, piatti e stoviglie ed ogni altro utile accessorio per una cucina gourmet. La pavimentazione, di ceramiche bianche e blu, ha un tono allegro e moderno.
La camera, con soffitto in legno a cassettoni decorati, ha un letto matrimoniale, due luminose finestre, una poltrona di design, una smart tv ed un ampio spogliatoio armadio. Il pavimento è in parquet ricoperto da antichi tappeti.
Il bagno è decorato in marmo grigio e bianco, che dona un tono raffinato. E’ dotato di wc, bidet, ampia doccia, comodo specchio sopra il lavello, e ripostiglio per lavatrice, scope, aspirapolvere…
A disposizione degli ospiti i dispenser con sapone per mani e doccia.
Il riscaldamento è a termosifoni. Gli split di aria condizionata (caldo/freddo) sono tre, uno in ogni vano per ottenere un’immediata ed ottimale temperatura sia d’inverno che d’estate. Per evitare sprechi di energia inutili, l’aria condizionata e il riscaldamento sono centralizzati, ma se volete regorarli manualmente vi diamo la possibilità di farlo.
La proprietà in locazione è dotata di biancheria da letto, da bagno e da cucina, ma non è una struttura ricettiva, pertanto sono esclusi, per legge, i servizi alla persona quali reception, fornitura di pasti e bevande, pulizia e cambio di biancheria infra periodo.

Appartamento molto elegante e di grande stile, capace di abbinare il fascino antico della sua struttura architettonica con una rivisitazione di arredi moderni e funzionali.
Ideale per soggiorni di vacanza per breve o medio periodo, grazie alla posizione ottimale nel pieno centro storico. Perfetto per 2 coppie di amici o una coppia con figli, per chi viaggia per turismo e per chi apprezza particolarmente lo stile ed il comfort.

The property was ultra clean, thoroughly modernized and at an excellent location, just 5-7min on foot away from Duomo and in a very quiet neighborhood! You could walk the old Florence city on foot and reach everywhere, yet have the comfort similar to your own home. The home was modern and fully equipped and the living room was very spacious and ultra comfortable. As I was also working in the property, the WiFi speed was over 800mpbs (!) at all times, making my call-conferences and AI work over the cloud a joy! I suspect it had a gigabit Internet connection :-) The property was easily accessible through an elevator yet had this high-ceiling and long windows that you cherish, from the older eras! I could not praise the property more, as everything exceeded our expecations. We stayed for two whole weeks and it was the best choice we could possibly make. Highly recommended!

Daniele's appartment makes us feel like home. The only downside I guess it's hard to get my daughters out of the comfortable appartment and go outside and explore Florence. Daniele is very responsive and the instructions in the room is very clear and helpful. We would surely come back and stay here again if we have the chance.

The apartment is exactly like the photos, and it was super clean and smelling so good when we arrived! The check in process is super easy, the hosts are helpful and the apartment is amazing. We were in 4, so we used the sofa bed and it was really comfortable. The apartment has an amazing size and the air conditioning is excellent. The building also has elevator! The location is also a plus! It’s near the duomo and you can actually do everything by foot. We had an amazing time and would come back for sure!

Location, cleanliness and, above all, that it was perfectly equipped. There was everything necessary but there was no useless furniture, junk and other things that are usually put there as filler (or because they are left over from other places). Great location, spacious unit with separate bedroom, kitchen and living room. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped
The bedroom does not have blackout blinds, there are some wooden shutters but there are a few probably got stuck and we couldn’t close. Not a big issue as we get up early in the morning.

Lugar hermoso, moderno y con todas las comodidades. Anfitrión atento, amable y con un servicio de calidad; te brinda toda la asesoría posible para que te desplaces con facilidad en Florencia. The bed was excellent, we have been travelling in Greece and Italy and this was the most comfortable bed in the two weeks of our travelling. Having a lift and washing machine was appreciated (it was one of the reasons we booked it), the apartment was spacious and was within 15 minutes walking distance to all the sights and many restaurants. The wifi was excellent and we able to use netflix easily.
Everything was as promised in the photos and accommodation information.

A breeze to check in. A stunning real flat in the center of everything yet chill and quiet at night. Sure you’ll hear the bustle of next day beginning but don’t you want to? Perfect base from which to explore Florence! The apartment was perfect, beautifully furnished in a lovely building a few minutes walk away from the historic centre. Being so close to the centre of Florence it was still quiet and peaceful at night. Everything was within walking distance, including a great range of bars, cafes and restaurants. Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore e da altri luoghi. L'interno è davvero ordinato e l'appartamento è dotato di molti comfort, tra cui una macchina per il caffè. Qui è possibile lavare i vestiti in lavatrice.
In qualche modo non ho visto la carta igienica.

The apartment is quite large, has a closet with luggage rack, the kitchen has all the necessary crockery, the sofa bed is large and comfortable. The apartment has been renovated and has good soundproofing. The location is good, close to the Duomo, and there is a bus stop one block away.
For people in wheelchairs, there are two steps at the entrance door, two more to the elevator, and two more to enter the apartment hall.

The hotel is well-equipped and the service is excellent. We arrived early and were not made to wait. It was very considerate to be able to check in early. It is about a 3-minute walk to the bus station and about a 10-minute drive to various attractions and the train station. The transportation is very convenient.
The only minor drawbacks are that the pillows collapse easily.

Very nicely laid out and comfortable. Enough kitchen implements to properly cook at home when we needed. Easily walkable to centre and river. TV, WiFi, washing machine etc all worked as advertised.

Very good accommodation service, the cleanliness of the indoor space made us think we were the first group of guests to check in. Because we were not familiar with Italian kitchen appliances and air conditioning adjustment, we received very good responses, even in the middle of the night. I am very grateful to the management for their attentiveness and consideration for the needs of tourists.
The accommodation is very convenient. It is a good place to experience life. Especially when we bring our elders out, it is not suitable for long transportation. Living here is very convenient and the price is very reasonable.

Very spacious apartment. Convenient location and very walkable to everything. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Such a lovely place. The owner was very agreeable about working with us to drop off our luggage. Much appreciated so we didn't have to drag everything around. Very spacious place.
The temperature was hot inside the apartment. We were able to sleep, but it was muggy. We traveled in June so the temps were rising. Our time in the apartment was little so it didn't impact us too much.

Daniele è stato un ospite molto disponibile. Il posto era pulito e abbiamo apprezzato tutte le app che si potevano usare sulla TV. Non troppo lontano dal centro. Buon bar locale (Caffè Michelangelo). Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno.
Il divano letto era un po' traballante. I cuscini erano troppo piatti. Sarebbe stato meglio se fossero state fornite le cialde di caffè.

Consigliatissimo! Uno dei nostri migliori soggiorni. Non nel pieno delle cose ma nel raggio di un paio di isolati. L'appartamento è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto, il che è assolutamente incantevole. Ci ha fatto desiderare di averla. L'appartamento ha una cucina ben fornita se si voleva cucinare ma ci siamo trovati bene a cenare fuori. Abbiamo usato le tazze, il bollitore elettrico e la macchina Nespresso. Abbiamo apprezzato il lusso di avere un ascensore per i bagagli e dopo giorni di camminate. Tenete presente che ci sono ancora delle scale da fare, 2 gradini per entrare nell'edificio, 2 gradini per arrivare all'ascensore e 2 gradini per entrare nell'unità. Il letto era super comodo. Daniele è stato molto disponibile.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this flat in Florence. The decoration was tasteful, creating a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
The flat was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a long stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped. As I was in Florence for business, I also appreciated the late check-in and the excellent Wi-Fi.
The location was ideal—close to all the main attractions.
I highly recommend this place, whether for business or leisure, and will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip.

Our adopted home in Firenze. We could unpack properly in the large walk-in robe. We had a kitchen to use when we wanted and a lounge to read and recover from a busy day. The apartment was superb. The host was fabulous and so friendly. Bus stops out the front. Everything is close by. Perfetto ????????

The apartment was very clean and spacious! The kitchen had all the plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans needed to cook and the appliances were brand new. Our bed was very spotless and comfy. It was in a very quiet area and walkable to everything! Everything was communicated to us clearly and easily. There were tons of recommendations in the booklet at the apartment and we appreciated all the tips!
