This vacation home, with its two tiled gardens, is the ideal solution for a relaxing seaside stay.
The location allows easy access to the western pine forest (just 300 meters away), and from there to the beaches (about another 500 meters). In the immediate vicinity are bars, restaurants, the Don Bosco church, and various shops.
The apartment is located on the ground floor (all on one level) and can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
The interior features 2 gardens.
Access Garden:
The apartment is accessed through a small tiled garden, with a gate on the street, adorned with beautiful plants and furnished with a dining table for 4, ideal for pleasant al fresco dinners.
Private Garden:
At the back of the apartment is a second small private outdoor space, furnished with a beach umbrella and two sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and peaceful moments.
The covered area connecting this outdoor space to the apartment houses the laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and practical storage spaces.
Interiors
The rooms are bright, welcoming, and pleasantly furnished. Every space has been meticulously designed and maintained in excellent condition.
Living Area:
- The living room opens onto the garden through a large French window that floods the room with natural light. It is furnished with a sofa, armchair, TV cabinet, and paintings on the walls.
- The dining room features an elegant briar-root table for 4 and an antique sideboard. The split air conditioning system installed here effectively cools the entire living area and kitchen.
Kitchen:
The kitchen overlooks the garden through a large French window, making it particularly bright.
Functional and well-equipped, it features a double sink, five-burner gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, moka pot, kettle, dishwasher, and pod coffee machine. A practical breakfast bar with two stools completes the space.
Storage Room
Next to the kitchen is a convenient storage room used as a pantry, with space for glasses, pots and pans, vacuum cleaner, and small appliances.
Sleeping Area:
Both bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning.
- The master bedroom features a large wardrobe, an elegant dresser, and a French door leading to the private garden.
- The twin bedroom features two single beds, which can be joined together to form a double bed. It features a spacious wardrobe and a large window overlooking the outdoor area.
Bathroom:
Recently renovated bathroom, finished with large ceramic tiles and equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and bidet.

Our opinion:
The apartment has the advantage of being independent, all on one floor, on the ground floor, and enjoying great privacy, with two gardens (safe for children) that invite relaxation and pleasant outdoor gatherings. The area is also very quiet, despite being well-served.
All this makes this vacation home particularly suitable for families or couples of friends who want to relax by the sea, take walks, and enjoy nature.
Thanks to the good internet connection, air conditioning, heating, and washing machine, it is also ideal for remote workers for longer stays, both in summer and winter.
Attractions
The beach offers well-equipped beach clubs, with paid access and services including umbrellas, deckchairs, changing rooms, restaurants, and swimming pools.
The cost of a beach umbrella and two deckchairs ranges from €25-€30 per day, depending on the month.
There are also rare stretches of public beach with free access, mostly towards the dock and the Torre del Lago area: the most famous is Lecciona beach.
300 meters from your home is the western pine forest: a huge, cool green space with bike rentals, bars, restaurants, tennis courts, and a variety of children's games: baby golf, inflatables, table football, and trampolines.
The Viareggio promenade (along the seafront) is the center of shopping and social (and nightlife) life. Bar Fanatiko, Caffè New York, and Piazza Mazzini host free concerts and shows in the summer.
For mountain lovers, the Apuan Alps are just a few kilometers away, with trails, refuges, and peaks (over 2,000 meters) offering breathtaking views.
A few kilometers south is Torre del Lago Puccini, overlooking Lake Massaciuccoli (an oasis offering pleasant boat trips), with its famous open-air theater named after Giacomo Puccini and the house-museum where the Maestro wrote some of his most famous operas.
During the months of July and August, the Puccini Festival takes place: you can attend performances of Puccini's famous operas in the open-air theater on the lake.
The main attractions in the surrounding area are:
- Pisa: Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower.
- Forte dei Marmi: the most exclusive and trendy clubs, major brands, and nightclubs.
- Pietrasanta (the "Little Athens"): art, excellent restaurants, and entertainment.

- Florence: the cradle of the Renaissance, art, culture, and fine food.
- Cinque Terre: a unique itinerary through villages perched above the sea, also accessible by boat from the Viareggio pier.

We verbleven een week in dit geweldige appartement. We konden ons bagage achterlaten toen we aankwamen voor het inchecken wat erg fijn was. De twee buitenruimtes waren geweldig en de ligging was ook erg goed. Alles was schoon en eigenlijk precies hoe je het wil hebben. Wij zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen!
