Our opinion: Elegant and comfortable apartment in a perfect location: 50 meters from the sea, the pine forest, and Viareggio's famous Art Nouveau promenade, the heart of shopping and social life.

The garden offers complete privacy, and the building is occupied only by the owners.

Just 50 meters from your accommodation is the western pine forest: a huge and fresh green lung with bicycle rental, bars, restaurants, tennis and many games for children: baby golf, inflatables, table football, trampolines...
The Viareggio promenade (on the seafront) is only 50 meters away and is the center of shopping and social (and night) life. Piazza Mazzini, where there are free concerts and shows in summer, is about 500 meters away
A few km. to the south is Torre del Lago Puccini which overlooks Lake Massaciuccoli (an oasis where you can enjoy pleasant boat excursions), with its famous open-air theater named after Giacomo Puccini, and the house museum where the Maestro wrote some of his most famous works.
The Puccini Festival takes place in July and August: you can attend performances of Puccini's famous operas in the open-air theater on the lake.
For mountain lovers, a few km. there are the Apuan Alps, with paths, refuges and peaks (over 2,000 metres) from which to admire breathtaking views.

Suitable for 4 guests, who can choose between a double bed in the first bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.
The living room features a beautiful fireplace, smart TV, and a large window overlooking the garden. The eat-in kitchen (with a table for 4) has access to the garden and is equipped with an induction stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for cooking. The dining room/entrance room features antique furniture and a table for 4.
The air conditioning, located here, serves the entire apartment. The bathroom has a window, shower, and bidet.
The tiled garden has a table for 4 with a parasol for relaxing in the shade in complete privacy.

- The two bedrooms do not have doors, but privacy is still guaranteed by a curtain in the first bedroom and a partition in the second bedroom.

Die Lage ist perfekt und wir konnten auch problemlos unseren Hund mitnehmen. Restaurants sind super, vorallem hinter der Promenade in den Seitengassen. Die Menschen sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ho trascorso due notti con la mia famiglia in questo splendido appartamento e devo dire di essere rimasto molto soddisfatto.
L'appartamento è molto amplio ed è dotato di ogni confort e comprende una piccola zona esterna molto carina per poter fare colazione o stendere i panni.
L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato pulitissimo (un ringraziamento speciale al ragazzo delle pulizie che è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile in fase di check-out il giorno 7 settembre ..GRAZIE) e un grazie anche all'agenzia per la gentilezza e la disponibilità.

Et fint og praktisk sted å bo i Viareggio. Leiligheten ligger svært sentralt – alt man trenger er rett utenfor døren – samtidig som nabolaget er stille og rolig. Vertene var svært hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Beliggenheten er ideell, med en koselig park med blant annet sykkelutleie på den ene siden, og den vakre stranden og den livlige strandpromenaden på den andre. Strandklubbene holder høy standard, men prisnivået er høyt. Vi bodde her i seks dager, to voksne og to tenåringer, og hadde et veldig fint opphold. Leiligheten fungerte godt for oss som familie.
Tusen takk for den flotte tilbakemeldingen! Vi er glade for at dere likte både beliggenheten og leiligheten, og at oppholdet fungerte godt for hele familien. Hyggelig å høre at dere satte pris på nærheten til både parken, sykkelutleie og den vakre stranden.

The location is excellent, very close to the sea, the center, restaurants and supermarket. The property is spacious, equipped with every comfort, quiet, beautiful terrace! But full marks go to the owners who proved to be more than helpful, with response times to our requests of less than 5 minutes! Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property. Easy to find and ideally located near the Promenade. Our stay was late September so many of the restaurants were closed but we still had plenty of choices with wide variety of mouth watering foods being served Apartment was spacious and very clean. Everything provided except maybe a washing machine. Our host Daniele was always prompt with replies although we did not need him often as the house instructions and local information were sufficiently detailed. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location, 50m from the beach, promenade and restaurants. Everything very close and yet a quiet street at night.
Big spacious apartment, almost too big for the three of us, furnished in solid wood period furniture. The place feels traditional and reverential, yet cool enough for a hot summer. The large terrace outside has shadow most of the day and is a nice place for having breakfast.
Paid parking available around the area (easy to find in September).

Fijn huis in een heel fijn dorp om vakantie te vieren. Het huis is lekker koel en schoon en biedt een goede plek om naar het strand of omliggende dorpen/steden te gaan. Thuis kan je heerlijk zitten in de tuin. Deze ligt in de schaduw dat is erg fijn. Let wel: de slaapkamer heeft geen deur dus indien je hier met vier personen slaapt heb je beiden geen afgesloten ruimte. Ik sliep hier samen met mijn vriend en het was perfect voor ons. Host is vriendelijk en communicatie is snel en professioneel.
Bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring! We zijn blij om te horen dat jullie hebben genoten van het koele, schone huis en de handige locatie voor het verkennen van de omliggende gebieden. Fijn dat de schaduwrijke tuin een aangename plek bood om te ontspannen. We waarderen je opmerking over de open slaapkamerindeling; goed om te weten dat het voor jullie goed heeft gewerkt.
