Description
It is located close to all services (bars, restaurants, pharmacy...) and beside the famous Liberty Style pedestrian Promenade of Viareggio.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a building consisting of only 3 floors and 5 apartments, and the large condo terrace is at the 4th. floor, just a few steps away from this apartment. It is almost ever used by other owners, and we have furnished it with a table for 6 people, from which you can have a nice sea view!
At the ground floor, beside the lift, you find an area where you can your bicycles. From here a lift or a flight of stairs leads to the 3rd floor, where the small door of this apartment is located, the only one on the 3rd floor.
Attractions
There are also some short stretches of free beach, beside the port or in the southernmost area of the port (in viale Europa), where the pine forest mixes with the dunes of arbutus and reaches the beach.
The pier of the port, from which you admire a wonderful view of the city and the mountains, is only 400 meters away.
The pine forest of Ponente is only 600 meters away and offers a cool shelter from the heat and many games and services dedicated to younger children.
The Apuan Alps, only a few km away, offer mountain lovers paths, refuges and breathtaking views.

- Forte dei Marmi: the town of luxury and nightlife (just 12 km.),
- Pietrasanta (called the "Little Athens"): historical village of culture and art shops (just 10 km.),
- Lucca: the city of 40 churches, with its 4 km of perfectly preserved medieval walls (only 30 km away),
- Florence: the cradle of the Renaissance, where art and culture mix with good food (just 90 km.),
- The Cinque Terre: a unique route in the world between the 5 villages overlooking the sea (only 80 km away).

The bus stop is a few meters from the apartment (see the CTT Nord website), and from the nearby Piazza D'Azeglio you can also find the bus stop for visiting many nearby cities and the bus by night for the disco.
The property is extremely well located, near the beach, the pedestrian promenade, and the historical market (a pedestrian area called "mercato"). All Viareggio can be easily visited by bicycle, and there is also a bike sharing service: see the website moverspa.it.
Interior Description
On the left we find a large living room with a table and a large corner sofa bed for 2 people.
On the right we find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, pots...).
The first double bedroom has a large wardrobe and a tv set. The second double room has the second bed which can be pulled out from under the first bed.
The first bathroom with window is bright, spacious and has a shower. The second bathroom is just a toilet with sink.
All the apartment is air conditioned (with 4 splits).
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
OUR OPINION: Perfect location, just beside the beach, and in the city centre! Very comfortable accommodation for a family or a group of friends who wants to enjoy the sea or the pine forest (very appreciated by children). All the services are close at hand.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Anche la posizione è stata molto comoda. Il soggiorno è andato tutto alla perfezione tranne per un malfunzionamento del frigo, che è stato subito riparato . Host disponibile e gentile. Assolutamente consigliata!

Posizione splendida, centralissima, a un passo dal corso principale, comodissima al mare, vicina alle pinete e alla stazione.
Appartamento molto luminoso, dotato di ogni comodità, silenzioso, nonostante si affacci su una via trafficata (grazie agli infissi). Terrazzo superiore panoramico e molto utile.
I responsabili Belcanto sono stati molto gentili e disponibili dal primo all'ultimo giorno ad aiutarci in ogni nostra necessità.

A beautiful, tastefully furnished apartment on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. The location is fantastic in relation to the beach, restaurants, gelato and pasticerie. The host's help was great We had left something behind in the apartment and they took the trouble to send it to us (for a fee, of course).

We stayed as a group for two nights and had a great time. The apartment is well-kept, well-maintained and equipped with everything you need. The spaces are large, comfortable and clean, perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent for getting around on foot, although not exactly in the city center.
The only note: There is no parking, and in summer finding a spot in Viareggio can take a bit of patience. Please note that this will be paid separately.

We had a great stay at this property! The place looked exactly like the pictures, and we loved the design choices – you can tell a lot of thought went into making the space cozy and welcoming. Nicola was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the couch, he immediately stepped in to fix it, so it didn’t impact our stay. He also gave us fantastic local recommendations, not just for Viareggio but for also beyond. The location itself was perfect for discovering the city, and there’s a nice restaurant just across the street. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Nice and well-equipped flat in a very central location. We stayed there for a week with our daughter who was happy to have her own room. Nicola was very helpful and answered immediately, when the internet did not work for a day, and also offered to send us back a piece we had forgotten. The flexible check-in was easy.
