On the sidewalk of the street there is a pedestrian gate that leads to a pleasant flowery courtyard, shared with two other houses. In this common area we find the bicycle parking, sink and washing machine in common use.

Attractions
There are many paths in the middle of nature to be covered on foot and by bicycle, including through the Pineta di Migliarino-San Rossore National Park.
A few kilometers away, for mountain lovers, there are the Apuan Alps, with their paths and shelters from which to admire breathtaking views.
In the surrounding area the main attractions are:
- Pisa: Piazza dei Miracoli and Leaning Tower.
- Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta (known as the "Little Athens"): art and entertainment.
- Lucca: the city of 40 churches, surrounded by 4 km of perfectly preserved walls.
- Florence: cradle of the Renaissance, art, culture and good food.
- Cinque Terre: a unique route in the world between villages overlooking the sea

Our opinion: Ideal accommodation for couples or friends who want to enjoy nature and the sea (easily reachable by bicycle or on foot along the road or via a path in the pine forest). The two free bikes are a huge plus.

Appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer quelques jours de vacances, excellente literie, appartement très propre, tout est accessible facilement (supermarché, gare, restaurants, gelateria…). Et des vélos sont disponibles gracieusement si vous le souhaitez. J’ai passé un excellent séjour.

Informazioni sulla città: Piccola cittadina sul mare, offre tutto ciò che serve per la vita di tutti i giorni. Per lo shopping visitate la città di Viareggio: troverete moltissimi marchi. Visita le città più vicine: Lucca, Cinque Terre, Firenze, Siena: sono belle. Informazioni sull'host: Assolutamente il migliore! Ci ha dato due biciclette così possiamo andare con piacere alla spiaggia e nei luoghi più vicini. Con la bici le tue vacanze diventano molto più belle! L'ultimo giorno c'era uno sciopero e il nostro treno è stato cancellato, quindi ci ha portato a Pisa con la sua macchina ???????? Gli siamo molto grati per tutto quello che ha fatto per noi! Consigliatissimo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! daniele was very nice and accommodating and offered free bicycles to use and told us about a super cute trail by the river to ride. It was a beautiful ride that went to a secluded beach. We rode to the end of the restaurants along the beach which was easy with the bike paths and enjoyed our day. The beach was gorgeous in June and everyone was very nice. Ate at some lovely restaurants close by. The room was great! AC worked great. Washing machine available! Bed was comfy! Really a great stay!

L'appartamento è estremamente curato e ordinato, tutto corrispondente alle descrizioni. Letto molto comodo, aria condizionata ma manche un ventilatore, bagno molto bello e soggiorno/cucina dotata di tutto. La bicicletta fornita agli ospiti è sicuramente un servizio in più che ho molto apprezzato. La posizione centralissima è molto comoda, sicuramente cercherò di tornare in questo appartamento, vale il suo costo. Le comunicazioni sono state semplici ed efficaci. Consigliato!

Appartement propre en plein cœur du village de Torre del lago. Le stationnement pour la voiture à été un peu compliqué car peu de place et beaucoup de monde. Le théâtre où les représentations de Puccini se font est un peu loin (1h à pied). La communication avec Nicola a été correcte

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in Torre del Lago. Het appartement is helemaal prima: ruim, gezellig en lekker koel. Alles is op loop en fietsafstand bereikbaar. Heel leuk om op de fietsen die Nicola en zijn familie beschikbaar stellen de omgeving te verkennen! Nicola en zijn familie zijn hartelijke en toegankelijke mensen, wij voelden ons heel welkom. Het is een fijn huis in een prachtige omgeving waar wij goed tot rust zijn gekomen.
