Description
It is a portion of a villa with independent entrance and complete privacy, a private and fenced garden, and a private above-ground swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (10m x 4m, 1.20m deep).
It can accommodate up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms (queen size beds 190 cm. x 160 cm.), 1 sofa bed (190 cm. x 140 cm.) in the living room and 2 foldaway single beds (175 cm. x 71 cm. perfect for children) for the bedroom and the living room.
Through a gate shared with the owners you access the property, where guests have an exclusive space to park 3 or 4 cars outdoors, and where they can recharge their electric cars (guests must request this service in advance and agree with the owner regarding the extra payment).
The structure of the villa is divided longitudinally into two portions and two different gardens and offers particular privacy both to the owners who live on the right side (towards the entrance gate) and to the guests who stay on the left side, overlooking the mountains.
The independent entrance of the rental portion of the villa has a view of the owner's garden, which is fenced and screened by some plants, while the rental portion of the villa develops entirely on the left side, not visible by the owners and towards the exclusive and fenced garden of 1,000 m2 away from any prying eyes. It is possible to rent bicycles at a nearby shop.
Outdoor
The living room leads to the large garden, which measures 1,000 m2, with an above ground swimming pool measuring 10 m. x 4 m., and is 1.20 m. deep, and its outdoor shower with hot water.
The area is highly panoramic with a view of the nearby Apuane Alps mountains (with peaks up to 2,000 meters high) and is equipped with an umbrella, numerous deckchairs and sun loungers, gazebo, table for 6-8 people, barbecue for outdoor dining. Near the swimming pool there is also a small external bathroom with toilet and sink for changing room use.
Attractions
The fascinating city of Pietrasanta, of medieval origins, is to be considered the historical capital of Versilia and the capital of artistic marble processing.
A center of attraction for artists from all over the world, in recent decades the city has transformed itself into a true open-air museum in which to admire, among the many galleries and squares of the town, an uninterrupted and continuously renewed exhibition of contemporary art and sculpture of the highest level.
Walking through the elegant historic center you will encounter art galleries, boutiques, wine bars and refined restaurants, it is worth taking a few moments to visit at least some of the beautiful churches of Pietrasanta.
The holiday home is located about 4 km from the Versilia Sea, a short distance from Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi.
Don't miss Valdicastello, a small village in the municipality of Pietrasanta where the birthplace of the poet Giosuè Carducci is located.
Golf lovers will find a golf course just 1.8 km from the house.
A good time to visit Pietrasanta is the summer, when art exhibitions and events multiply in the city, as do shows in the Villa Versiliana Park in Marina di Pietrasanta.

On the ground floor you enter from the entrance door into the large living room with fireplace, television, air conditioning and 3 beautiful sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed (190 cm. x 140 cm.), and furnished with a fireplace, smart television.
The living room has walls in a beautiful pastel color decorated with exposed stone inlays, a terracotta floor and a ceiling with ancient exposed beams. Various sideboards and ancient local craft objects are supplied, in a harmonious and very particular environment.
A hallway area with a sofa leads to the back garden and to the sleeping area which consists of 1 bedroom with air conditioning and television with a queen size bed (190 cm. x 160 cm.) and 1 single foldaway bed (175 cm. x 71 cm. perfect for kids), 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, sink, toilet, bidet (usable from this room and the living room), and the second bedroom with air conditioning and television with queen size bed (190 cm. x 160 cm.), and 1 single foldaway bed (175 cm. x 71 cm. perfect for children) which leads to the splendid en suite bathroom with window and decorated in fine marble, equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
The floors are in parquet and antique terracotta, the ceilings have characteristic exposed wooden beams and walls decorated in soft pastel colors.
The first floor is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase and iron railing and here there is an area with a panoramic view of the swimming pool and the large kitchen/dining room, equipped with a large table for 8 people, stove (5 burners), oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and American coffee machine.
The kitchen/dining room is very large and functional, it is furnished in Arte Povera style, and has an ancient terracotta floor, walls decorated in pastel colors with some ancient pieces of local craftsmanship and a ceiling of ancient exposed wooden beams. from which hang the large copper pots of the Tuscan culinary tradition.
The whole house is very tastefully furnished in rustic style. The environment is refined, warm and welcoming, but above all harmonious. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und einladend und wurde im authentischen toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight, das Wasser ist angenehm warm und lädt auch am Abend zum Entspannen ein.
Nur etwa zwei Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein gut sortierter Conad-Supermarkt, in dem man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in nur 9 bis 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Region bietet für jeden etwas: Man kann wunderschöne Tage am Meer verbringen oder die nahe gelegenen Wälder und Hügel bei einer Wanderung erkunden. Es gibt viele interessante Ausflugsziele und die Umgebung lädt dazu ein, die Toskana in ihrer ganzen Vielfalt zu entdecken.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Gleichzeitig sind sie angenehm zurückhaltend, sodass man seinen Urlaub in aller Ruhe genießen kann. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A very atmospheric house in a typically Italian style. Private parking for 2-3 cars on the property. On the first floor there is a large kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family (coffee maker, large refrigerator, gas stove). A spacious garden with a mountain view at your disposal, with a large, clean swimming pool and shower. We were there in June, the water was wonderfully warm. Grill, deck chairs, large table with tent. There is a separate toilet in the garden, which was a great convenience. The hosts are friendly, nice and helpful. The location is very good, close to large supermarkets, not far from the sea with wonderful beaches (I recommend going a little further towards Massa - cheaper sunbeds). On foot, you can easily reach the beautiful old town of Pietrasanta with many restaurants and shops with a small child.
There are a lot of mosquitoes in June, but there are mosquito nets on the windows. The immediate area is a bit industrial, but very quiet. No kettle in the kitchen. The garbage problem is somewhat poorly solved (lack of large containers).

Siamo stati benissimo! La casa è bellissima, la piscina è davvero grande. Noi eravamo in otto e siamo riusciti a sfruttarla al meglio. I proprietari che abitano accanto sono una sicurezza e ci hanno fatto sentire di famiglia, aiutandoci quando avevamo delle difficoltà. Ci sono tre biciclette a disposizione e poi vicino c'è un noleggio. C'è il Conad accanto ed il mare si raggiunge in un attimo. Grazie di tutto!!

Quando si varca la soglia di entrata, sembra di essere in un mondo a sé. La villa ottocentesca è ottimamente arredata e fornita di tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono estremamente cordiali, disponibili e discreti. Il giardino con l'enorme piscina offre davvero un angolo di relax e refrigerio quando le temperature al mare non lo consentono. Consigliatissima la cena con lo chef sia per l'allestimento fiabesco sia per gli ottimi prodotti e sapori. Grazie di tutto.

Alloggio pulitissimo con tutto il necessario e oltre. Perfetto per un soggiorno in compagnia grazie anche all’ampio giardino e grande piscina esterna. Posizione ottima, 15 min a piedi da Pietrasanta centro storico, 5 min di auto dalle spiagge di Marina di Pietrasanta. Presenti supermercati, bar e ristoranti in zona. Host puntuale, cordiale e premuroso, ma soprattutto assolutamente disponibile. Peccato solo si trovi in una zona industriale, ma assolutamente ininfluente una volta che si è lì! Tutto perfetto e contenta di aver conosciuto Paola e suo marito. Dovessi ritornare a soggiornare in zona, sicuro verificherei prima la disponibilità di questo alloggio. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che soddisfacente!

Esperienza perfetta per un soggiorno breve durante il Lucca Comics. Daniele è un host corretto e puntuale nelle comunicazioni. L'appartamento è spazioso e ben diviso, ben raggiungibile e dotato di quello che serve. Inoltre il parcheggio è comodo anche per più veicoli. Le procedure di check-in e check out sono state semplici e siamo stati ben accolti dalla Sig.ra Paola, che si è dimostrata disponibile fin da subito.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa villa a Pietrasanta! La casa è spaziosa, pulita e perfetta per una vacanza di gruppo. La posizione è ideale, a pochi minuti in auto dalla spiaggia e vicina al centro città. Abbiamo adorato la piscina privata e il giardino tranquillo, dove abbiamo passato la maggior parte del tempo rilassandoci. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti e attività locali. Un luogo perfetto per una fuga rilassante con accesso a tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno!

Es war eine schöne Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager, die viel Platz hatten. Was großartig war, zwei Badezimmer und ein Außenbad. Der Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder, super sauber und hatte eine wirklich schöne Größe. Den Grill draußen haben wir auch mehrmals genutzt. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren, was wir meist abends gemacht haben, sonst war es uns zu heiß. Das war auch ein Grund, warum wir immer nur abends an den Strand gingen, was sich wirklich lohnt. Der Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe ist sehr gut sortiert und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Pietrasanta selbst ist eine sehr attraktive Kleinstadt, die auch wegen der Eisdielen einen Besuch wert ist.
