Description
The large garden is the perfect place to spend days outdoors, between a dip in the splendid panoramic swimming pool (12 m x 6 m) and a moment of pure relaxation in the hot tub (heated) under the starry sky. For lovers of sport and games, the villa offers a soccer field and a volleyball field. The more competitive can challenge each other at table football or billiards, while wellness enthusiasts can keep fit in the small gym with cardio equipment. Children will have an outdoor play area all to themselves complete with a trampoline, while adults can enjoy the pleasure of a pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven or a barbecue dinner under the pergola with a table for breakfast or dinner outdoors. There is also a vegetable garden where you can enjoy fresh produce from the land.
This villa is the ideal place for families, groups of friends and lovers of the Tuscan countryside who want to live an authentic experience between comfort and tradition. Furthermore, thanks to a comfortable study and a very high-performance internet connection (Starlink), it is also perfect for combining work and vacation. Finally, the laundry area, including a washing machine and dryer, also allows for longer stays.

Interior Description
Inside, the villa retains the charm of tradition with spacious interiors, Tuscan-style furnishings, and elegant details. The property is divided into two distinct yet harmoniously connected apartments. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large table that converts into a refined billiards table, as well as an antique piano that still works. The kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, is perfect for those who love to cook or wish to host a private chef for an exclusive dining experience.
The three double bedrooms on the ground floor offer maximum comfort, each with its own private bathroom, one of which is particularly accessible (access ramps can be positioned as needed, as well as raised toilet seats and grab bars). On the first floor, two exclusive junior suites, each measuring 50 square meters, complete with a fireplace, study area, refrigerator, smart TV with Sky Calcio subscription included, and a panoramic terrace, guaranteeing an intimate and refined stay. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.
Every detail of the villa is designed to offer the perfect balance between luxury and authenticity, allowing guests to experience Tuscany with all their senses. From strolls through the vineyards to dinners under the pergola, every moment spent here will be a precious memory of an unforgettable experience.
Please note that the villa is recommended for groups of up to 10 people. However, there is the possibility (upon request) of adding up to two additional beds free of charge for children up to 12 years old.
These two additional beds (simple camp beds, not suitable for adults) will be located in the larger bedrooms on the upper floor.
If you are a small group of up to 6 people, we will reserve a discounted price of 18.5% for the ground floor portion of the villa with 3 bedrooms (plus living room and kitchen) and we will not make the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor available (which will obviously be closed and not available to anyone).

Sin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti nel migliore dei modi: Chiara ci ha ricevuti con grande calore e gentilezza, e la comunicazione con lei è stata sempre piacevole, chiara e professionale. La casa è davvero meravigliosa, curata nei dettagli e perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi appieno la bellezza della Toscana. Wir hatten Ende Oktober 2025 einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Trotz der kühleren Temperaturen konnten wir die Ruhe, den wunderschönen Garten und die stilvolle Atmosphäre voll genießen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders beeindruckend sind die liebevollen Details und der herrliche Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Chiara war jederzeit erreichbar, herzlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Auch der Concierge-Service im Vorfeld funktionierte perfekt. Obwohl wir den Pool und die Außenbereiche wetterbedingt nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten, kann man sich gut vorstellen, wie fantastisch das Anwesen im Sommer sein muss. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We spent a week at Villa Vineyard, and it was truly unforgettable. The villa is nestled amidst rolling hills and vineyards, offering breathtaking views that made every sunset a spectacle.
The property is spacious and well-maintained, comfortably accommodating our group of 10 adults and 2 children. The five bedrooms were cozy, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparations a breeze, and we enjoyed dining al fresco on the terrace.
The outdoor amenities were a highlight. We spent our days lounging by the panoramic pool, relaxing in the heated jacuzzi, and engaging in friendly matches on the football and volleyball courts. The kids loved the foosball table and the expansive garden to run around.

The location is absolutely magical—perched on a hilltop with panoramic views of the rolling Tuscan landscape, cypress trees, and golden fields. Every day felt like living inside a postcard.
The villa itself is beautifully restored with great attention to detail. It’s spacious, immaculately clean, and has that perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the lovely outdoor dining area, and of course, the pool—what a treat to swim with such a stunning view!
We spent our days exploring Volterra and nearby towns like San Gimignano and Siena, and always looked forward to coming "home" to relax in the peaceful setting. The kids had plenty of space to play, and the adults enjoyed long dinners under the stars.
