Description
On the ground floor there is the beach resort bar, with other tables where you can have lunch with a sea view. The rental house can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 with bunk beds.

The environment is connected to Wi-Fi internet, and has a split air conditioning that cools all the rooms.
Our opinion:
Holiday home highly recommended for lovers of the sea, and for families with children even small ones or anyone who wants to rest by the sea.
For those looking for social life, there are the clubs of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi which are easily reachable by bike (only 5-7 km away). The atmosphere in this rental house is super relaxing and super comfortable, with all the services at your fingertips.
Please note that beach club services are only available from April 25th to September 30th. Parking is always available and is the beach club's own parking lot, so it's free but NOT reserved. You can park your car there like any other beach club guest, but you won't have your own reserved spot.
Upon request, it is possible to have a barbecue available even if it does not include either deviled meat or coal.
Attractions
Lido di Camaiore offers wide white and sandy beaches, mostly equipped, ideal for families, couples and lovers of relaxation.
The seafront is lively, with clubs, restaurants and a splendid walk to the Bellavista Pier on the sea, from which you can enjoy the splendid view of the sea and the nearby Apuan Alps.
In Versilia there is no shortage of cultural opportunities, summer events, festivals and markets.
A short distance away you can visit Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi or Lucca, ideal for day trips. The area is well served and also lends itself to mobility by bike or scooter.
Perfect for a relaxing holiday but full of experiences.

Interior Description
The first is a bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and 2 windows (1 vasistas roof), and has a pleasant beamed roof in a cheerful light blue that frames the walls of a lighter light blue. A heavenly image at the head of the bed gives relaxation.
The second small bedroom with 2 bunk beds has a low wardrobe and a vasistas roof window. It has the same beams and walls colored in light blue and drawings on the walls more suitable for children or teenagers.
The bathroom has a beautiful colored glass door in Deco style, the same colored beamed roof and tiles on the walls. It has a vasistas roof window, large sink with mirror and large under-sink cabinet, a shower box that opens to give more space, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
The split air conditioning is located in the corridor between the two bedrooms, and cools them quickly.
The corridor is completely decorated with idyllic images of palm trees on the beach, and opens onto the living room, which is also completely decorated and with pastel-colored beams. A truly pleasant and relaxing effect!
The living room, which opens onto the terrace, is equipped with a sofa, TV, fire extinguisher and gas/Co2 detectors (as required by law) and the kitchenette is well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4 burners, sink, electric oven, pots and pans and everything useful for the kitchen.
The washing machine is available in the covered part of the terrace.

Una piccola e raffinata perla che fa parte di un bagno privato. I punti di forza sono la terrazza privata con vista mare, la vicinanza immediata alla spiaggia e all'acqua, il posteggio per l'auto incluso nel prezzo. Tutto molto pulito, funzionale e affascinante (stile shabby chic). Ospitalità calorosa, proprietari cortesi e disponibili. Il piccolo appartamento sulla spiaggia può ospitare fino a quattro persone. L’occupazione ottimale è con due adulti o con una famiglia di quattro persone, purché i bambini siano al massimo adolescenti (letto a castello). Chi sceglie l’appartamento sulla spiaggia come piccola oasi di lavoro deve essere consapevole che la connessione Internet è sufficiente solo per una navigazione di base.

The location directly by the beach and the included dedicated umbrella and deckchairs on the beach are the super nice benefits of this holiday home. This is a family owned small “bagno”. A bagno is a private beach club with its own stretch of beach, sun loungers, umbrellas and facilities. Along this part of the Tuscan coast, the shoreline is lined almost continuously with one bagno after another. We stayed here during the La Prima Estate Festival, and the Festival area is indeed only 8 min walk away. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Lorenzo recommended the restaurant La Cantina da Bruno, and we ended up eating there almost every night because we loved it so much! There are many nice things to do nearby like visit Pisa, Lucca and Viareggio.
The holiday home looks very much like in the pictures, so don’t expect anything ultra new and modern. The aircon is just in the corridor between the bedrooms, so you have to sleep with open bedroom doors.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso lquesto grazioso appartamento durante il weekend di Pasqua e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente.
La casa era pulitissima, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi subito a proprio agio. La posizione è perfetta: tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere il mare e i principali servizi, ideale per una vacanza in famiglia.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la professionalità e la disponibilità di Lorenzo, sempre gentile e disponibile. Si percepisce chiaramente l’attenzione alla qualità e all’accoglienza.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The location is unbeatable—gorgeous views of the mountains behind us and the beach right in front. The train station was easy to reach with Bit scooters or taxis, so getting around was simple. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and always tried to help whenever we had questions. Overall, a wonderful experience that we’d happily recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questa casa vacanze: la terrazza panoramica affacciata direttamente sul mare ed è davvero impareggiabile. Le comodità incluse (ombrellone, due sdraio in spiaggia, parcheggio privato, docce e bar sotto casa) rendono la vacanza rilassante e senza pensieri
L’appartamento è ben arredato e funzionale.
Posizione top: si trova sopra uno stabilimento balneare, a 2 m dal mare, con ristoranti, negozi, fermate dell’autobus e pista ciclabile a ciascuno soli 100 m. Da qui si raggiungono facilmente anche Viareggio, Pietrasanta e Forte dei Marmi per serate o gite in bici
