Description
Upon entering, you'll find a large, bright living room with a Smart TV, a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped modern kitchen, perfect for cooking and sharing meals around a large wooden table. You'll find everything you need: a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, luggage rack, and a large table for preparing your favorite dishes, as well as a dining table. There is also a high chair for children (to be requested in advance) as well as children's plates, cutlery and games.
The two bedrooms are spacious, bright, and feature large mirrors and windows. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a dresser for your personal items along with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and bidet. The bedroom also offers, a charming relaxation area with an armchair and small table where you can admire the tower of the Palazzo Vecchio through the large windows from a unique and exclusive perspective which is ideal for a sunset and evening aperitif.
The secondary bedroom is also bright and has a large wardrobe, two single beds which can be joined together to make a double bed upon request. There is also, a child’s foldable play-pen for the little ones to play or sleep in which is available upon request. The main bathroom, located in the hallway ensures comfort and privacy for all guests and is equipped with a shower and washing machine.
The apartment has a cozy mezzanine with a skylight that serves as a study- work- relaxation area, or third bedroom since it has a desk and ergonomic chair, rug, and stylish double sofa bed. We recommend not opening the skylight window because it is defective.
The entire apartment is covered by air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, although it is recommended for 6 guests for greater comfort. It combines, convenience and historic charm with modern comforts in a unique and authentic atmosphere.
Our opinion:
This apartment is particularly recommended for groups or families who truly want to experience historic Florence without sacrificing modern comfort. Even from the streets below, you can feel the atmosphere of a city center that was the cradle of the Renaissance and the center of the world! The apartment, with its vintage photographs, evokes scenes of life through the 1900s, when the Italian "Bella Vita" enchanted the world.
The apartment is located on an upper floor which provides excellent lighting but has to be reached by 79 steps so its best suited for guests who don’t mind a bit of climbing.

In less than a minute's walk, you can reach the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, and Piazza della Repubblica, and stroll along the Lungarno, admiring the city from one of its most iconic views.
This neighborhood, the cradle of Florentine art and history, has been a symbol of Renaissance grandeur for centuries. Every stone tells a fragment of the past: the goldsmiths' shops on the Ponte Vecchio, still in business today, the noble palaces overlooking the Arno, and the lively squares where business, art, and politics once intertwined.
There's no shortage of authentic experiences: in the alleys surrounding the apartment, you'll find typical osterias, historic trattorias, and signature cafés, where you can savor traditional Tuscan dishes and soak up the lively and refined atmosphere of Florence.
Located nearby are also pharmacies, a Carrefour supermarket, and a variety of other shops which can cater to your necessities.
Those who stay in this area will enjoy an immersive experience, surrounded by the artistic wonders and timeless charm of the city, combining culture, elegance, and history.
Parking
If you wish to drive to the apartment, we recommend booking a parking space at the nearest garage to obtain a temporary access permit through one or more ZTL gates.
You can go directly to the apartment to unload your luggage and then, within 3 hours of your first entry into the ZTL, go to the garage, which will place your license plate on the "white list" (for a fee of €1.00) for regular access without fines. Please note that the apartment is in a pedestrian zone, so it's not possible to drive right up to the apartment door, so it will require a 2-minute walk.

This was one of the best AirBnB's we've stayed at. There is a lengthy climb that we didn't mind since we were warned about it in advance, but the climb is well worth it because the apartment is beautiful and perfect for a large group. The location was excellent, just 2 minutes walking distance from Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio. Lots of good restaurants around and beautiful view from the main bedroom. The place was clean and very family-friendly. Daniele was also very helpful and communicative. The only thing to keep in mind, which was also noted in the description, are the stairs. They can be challenging if you have heavy bags and kids. Still a 5-star for me given all the aforementioned. Will book it again next time I'm in Florence.

Very well located!! Easily walkable to many spots. We were 6 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room compared to other places we’ve stayed. As mentioned in the details, there are a good amount of stairs to get to the airbnb but worth the view and comfort of the place.

This place is fantastic. Spacious, modern and clean. Our daughter loved sleeping in the upstairs sofa bed. The main bedroom has a direct line of sight with the palazzo vecchio, which was awesome. This is probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Not only was it a beautiful home but it had a washing machine AND a dryer, which is rare in Europe. They were able to supply a highchair and 2 pack n plays for our 1 year old twins as well. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. It’s located in a beautiful area, still in the middle of everything but down a quieter road. There are quite a bit of stairs to get to the 4th floor, which is disclosed in the description, but we didn’t have any issues with it with our 4 children (8, 4, and 1 year old twins). It all part of the European charm! If you’re looking for a great place to stay then I would 100% recommend this home. Very cozy, spacious, and charming.

L’appartamento è molto grande e spazioso, ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per vivere anche più giorni in più famiglie. Daniele è stato molto accomodante con le richieste circa extra per bambini (culle e seggiolone). La posizione è centralissima, a due passi da Ponte Vecchio. Come ben descritto, è al quarto piano senza ascensore, quindi può essere complicato accedervi in caso di mobilità ridotta, ma noi siamo riusciti senza problemi pur con bambini piccoli. Noi siamo stati benissimo, la casa è davvero deliziosa!

Excelente lugar! El departamento esta muy bonito y limpio, en zona muy céntrica, caminamos a todos los puntos de interes. Pero sobre todo el anfitrión Danielle, es sumamente atento, la comunicación es excelente y te hace sentir en casa, es muy apapachador, es un excelente anfitrión, muy disponible, nos dejó un vino y galletas aue fueron el plus. Solo hay que decir que no había suficiente papel higiénico tuvimos que comprar, que la recamara de arriba en realidad es una sala de estar sin mucha privacidad y el sofá cama es muy duro, y toda la noche se escucha agua caer lo cual resulta molesto y no te deja descansar y nos quedamos sin Internet la última. Noche y los 80 escalones para llegar al departamento es muy pesado y agotador, ademas de que son incomodos, Danielle nos ayudó a subir maletas pero es muy agotador estar subiendo y bajando esas escaleras. Sobre todo si vas con personas mayores, de movilidad limitada o problemas de las articulaciones. Fuera de eso, es un buen lugar.

Al mismo tiempo, lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes que mencionan. Sus comentarios sobre la falta de papel higiénico, la comodidad del sofá cama, el ruido del agua durante la noche y la interrupción del internet la última noche son muy valiosos para nosotros y los tendremos en cuenta para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes. Entendemos también que las escaleras pueden resultar pesadas y agotadoras, especialmente para personas mayores o con movilidad limitada, y tratamos siempre de ser lo más claros posible al respecto, además de ofrecer ayuda con el equipaje cuando es necesario.
Nos alegra saber que, a pesar de todo, consideran que es un buen lugar. Apreciamos mucho sus comentarios constructivos, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando, y esperamos poder recibirlos nuevamente en el futuro, quizás en un alojamiento más adecuado a sus necesidades.

I can’t say enough great things about this location. The unit was spotless and the host was very helpful and always available. The unit was very clean and seemed like it had recently been renovated. The unit is on the top floor so you get some great exercise walking up the stairs. Good training for taking on the Duomo’s tower steps. The proximity to the Ponte Vecchio, shops, restaurants, and museums make this unit a must stay. This was my first time in Florence and the positive stay makes me want to return as soon as possible and I would 100 percent stay in this same unit.

We had the best time in Florence! Our host was the nicest guy, he greeted us with a bottle of wine and we immediately felt welcomed! He was extremely flexible with our check in time and so respectful to our privacy! We slept 8 people very comfortably, I couldn’t have been more satisfied!
