The holiday apartment is located in one of the most engaging streets of the Italian capital, Via dei Giubbonari, the road that leads to the splendid Piazza Campo De' Fiori. The atmosphere of the market in Piazza Campo de' Fiori, one of the most picturesque places in Rome, will overwhelm you with fresh scents and typical local products.
The holiday apartment is the ideal solution for a romantic weekend for two, but there is the possibility of being able to accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Great for a vacation with friends or a family.
It is located on the first floor and has been recently refurbished, including double-glazed windows and new fixtures; you will find a delightfully equipped kitchen, a splendid living room with a sofa bed, a cozy double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
From the windows, you'll enjoy a splendid view of the dome of the church of San Carlo ai Catinari. For a breathtaking view, you can access our wonderful terrace via the vintage elevator (the last few steps are on foot). It's located on the 6th floor, and from there, you can admire splendid sunsets over the rooftops of Rome. Please note that the terrace is not private but is shared with another two-person apartment.

The stay in this apartment was fantastic! The apartment is located in a beautiful townhouse and has an excellent location – most of Rome's most important monuments are within walking distance, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The apartment was very clean, well-kept and well-equipped. Contact with the owner deserves the highest rating – he was very nice, helpful and always available when we had questions. The surrounding area is also a huge advantage. On the same street, just a few meters from the apartment, there's a great restaurant serving delicious food – it's definitely worth checking out! This place met all our expectations and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. I highly recommend it!

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 100 Meter entfernt. Vom Flughafen Fiumicino zum Bahnhof Trastevere und von dort mit der Linie 8 - schneller kann man kaum anreisen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, auch die Küche. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Via dei Giubbonari ist sehr belebt, aber die Fenster schützen gut, so dass die Nachtruhe gesichert ist. Direkt nebenan ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo man alles und auch günstig einkaufen kann. Das Highlight war für uns die Dachterrasse, weshalb wir diese Wohnung ausgewählt haben. Ein schöner Blick über Rom bis zum Petersdom - wir haben jeden Abend dort gesessen und den Sonnenuntergang angeschaut. Es war eine schöne Zeit in Rom.

Eine kleine, aber feine Wohnung, die auch für vier Personen ausreichend Platz bietet. Vor Ostern konnten wie die Dachterrasse nicht so nutzen, wie wir wollten, aber bei besseren Wetter ist die natürlich ein Traum!
Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und war bei unserer Ankunft auch sauber, einschließlich Bad und Küche. Bei einem Problem war der Vermieter gut erreichbar und konnte es während wir unterwegs waren auch richten.
Vor allem aber ist die Lage der Wohnung hervorragend. Campo die Fiori, Piazza Navona oder auch das Pantheon sind einen Katzensprung entferent, zum Kapitol, dem Forum und dem Kollosseum kommt man auch gut zu Fuß und die Buslinie zum Vatikan fährt in 300 m ab! Nach Trastevere mit seinen schönen Restaurants und Kneipen läuft man auch nur wenige Minuten und der nächste Supermarkt ist 20 m nebenan. Das nervt zwar frühmorgens bei der Anlieferung, wenn man wie wir mit offenen Fenstern schläft, aber das ist halt Rom.
Wir würden die Wohnung bei einer erneuten Reise wieder buchen!

Posizione davvero ottima, comodissima per visitare la città a piedi (ma anche comoda ai mezzi: autobus e tram). Sotto casa c’è un supermercato molto pratico e nei dintorni si trovano tantissimi locali e ristoranti, quindi la zona è perfetta per chi vuole avere tutto a portata di mano. L’appartamento è funzionale e nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Essendo in una zona così centrale può risultare un po’ rumoroso, ma è comprensibile vista la posizione così comoda.

2nd time we have stayed here as its in such a great location. Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of towels. I did comment 2 years ago that the shower is not great and it still isn't. Also please do not have salt in a bowl next to the coffee as this was very confusing and not very tasty in a hot drink.

Place was amazing. The terrace is only available to one other group so you basically have the space alone. Right next to many of the attractions you want to see but not on a busy street.

This apartment is right on the heart of Rome. The location is perfect, super close to the Pantheon, multiple basilicas, the colosseum, etc. The apartment is very comfortable and nice as well, just like in the pictures. The only feedback that we have is that the bathroom feels very humid and has a weird smell. Nothing too bad but it might be worth it to look into it. Other than that, highly recommend this place. The owner Miguel lives in the same building and is super nice as well.

We had a totally amazing stay in Rome with our family of four. The apartment is located very central, in proximity to major and frequent bus lines. Tolle Unterkunft, um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, der Campo de Fiori, das Pantheon, die spanische Treppe und auch der Stadtteil Trastevere waren einfach per Fuß zu erreichen. Gegenüber gibt es gleich eine Bäckerei, nebenan einen Supermarkt und in der Gegend viele gute Restaurants. Die Dachterrasse der Unterkunft ist zudem ein besonderes Highlight. Wir kommen jedenfalls sehr gerne wieder.

Definitely worth the price given the location and the space. it looks bigger in person than online. It was super easy to get in to the air bib and the host's instructions were very clear. I also really appreciated the list of recommendations for things to do nearby!

The hosting offered a full experience from both the location and hists point of view. The owner of the place was very friendly and offered not only hosting but also an actual experience as there was a magazine made by him containing information about all the possible things you need to know; from public transport to public attractions etc. All of these efforts show the level of dedication for offering his guests a good experience.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal für alle Unternehmungen in Rom. Man kann von dort alles zu Fuß machen, wenn man das möchte. Ein absoluter Höhepunkt ist die Möglichkeit die Dachterrasse mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick zu nutzen.

Attenzione c'è una terrazza al 6 ° che è fantastica L'appartamento è al primo piano ... quindi la terrazza non è adiacente all'appartamento Ma la vista sui tetti ne vale così tanto.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The location was a perfect starting point for walking to most of the major sights for a first time Rome visitor. We did not need to use a taxi to get anywhere other than the airport or train station. The host responded quickly when I had a question. The rooftop terrace was a very nice touch and a great way to end a long day of visiting the amazing city.
