Descrizione
L'accesso alla proprietà avviene attraverso un cancello elettrico carrabile, che conduce ad un'area parcheggio privata di 80 mq, dotata di ricarica per veicoli elettrici. Ogni casa dispone di un proprio giardino privato di 35 mq (per un totale di 70 mq di giardino di ghiaia bianca), entrambi arredati con ombrellone, tavolo da pranzo e barbecue, ideale per cene all'aperto. Inoltre, è presente una comoda area lavanderia con lavatrice.
Le aree interne (140 mq), che si sviluppano su due piani di 2 case adiacenti, offrono ampi spazi e privacy, con tutti gli ambienti che si affacciano sui giardini. Una terrazza (10 mq) aggiuntiva al piano superiore fornisce un ulteriore spazio per il relax o angolo studio.
La combinazione di comfort moderni e la vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai servizi rende questa casa ideale per una vacanza rilassante in una delle località più belle della Toscana.
Su richiesta (ad un costo aggiuntivo di 50 euro per soggiorno/ per unità) è possibile avere fino a 2 culle e/o un letto aggiuntivo per un decimo/undicesimo ospite.
Esterno
Il parcheggio e i giardini privati sono recintati e decorati di fine ghiaia bianca ed area verde dove soggiornare sotto gli ombrelloni, cucinare ai barbecue e godersi piacevoli cene al fresco in 2 tavoli.
L'alloggio è molto vicino a tutte le comodità: tabacchi, ristoranti, pizzerie, bar, edicola, fruttivendolo, piccolo store, supermercato, lavanderia a gettone, lavanderia/stireria, farmacia, banca, posta...
È tutto molto comodo e vicino, per una vacanza davvero rilassante!
Attrazioni Turistiche
Vi sono tanti sentieri in mezzo alla natura da percorrere a piedi e in bicicletta, anche attraverso il Parco Nazionale della Pineta di Migliarino-San Rossore.
Per gli amanti della montagna, le Alpi Apuane distano solo pochi km, ed offrono sentieri e rifugi da cui ammirare panorami mozzafiato.
Queste le principali attrazioni nei dintorni:
- Viareggio: la passeggiata in stile Liberty dei primi del '900
- Pisa: piazza dei Miracoli e Torre Pendente.
- Forte dei Marmi e Pietrasanta (detta la "Piccola Atene"): arte e divertimento.
- Lucca: la città delle 40 chiese, circondata da 4 km di mura medioevali perfettamente conservate.
- Firenze: la culla del Rinascimento, per arte, cultura e buon cibo.

Dentro il cancello elettrico è presente la colonnina per la ricarica di auto elettriche. Il costo per la ricarica è di €0,55 al kWh, da pagare cash la sera prima della partenza. Siete pregati di segnalarci l'utilizzo.
Le biciclette (che potrete noleggiare nel vicino negozio) si possono parcheggiare al sicuro nella corte comune oltre il sicuro cancello elettrico.

La stazione ferroviaria (Torre del Lago) è a soli 100m e collega con Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, 5 Terre... Tutte splendide località visitabili in giornata.
La fermata dell'autobus per Viareggio è vicino casa.
Descrizione degli Interni
Al piano terra gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un ampio soggiorno che si affaccia sul giardino privato ed è arredato con un comodo divano letto matrimoniale (larghezza 140 cm.), un tavolo da pranzo ed un angolo cottura, completo e ben accessoriato: frigo, freezer, 4 fuochi, forno tradizionale, microonde, macchina da caffè (a cialde), pentole e stoviglie, lavastoviglie...
Al piano si trova anche un bel bagno finestrato con doccia (ed ampio telefono doccia) ed una camera da letto matrimoniale (larghezza 160 cm.).
Al piano superiore si trova la seconda camera da letto matrimoniale (larghezza 160 cm.) che ha un gradevole affaccio sul giardino privato.
Nella seconda casa (capacità 3 persone) gli spazi interni misurano 45mq. anche questa su 2 piani.
Al piano terra gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un soggiorno che si affaccia sul giardino privato ed è arredato con un divano letto singolo (larghezza 80 cm.), un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone ed un angolo cottura, piccolo ma ben accessoriato: frigo, freezer, 4 fuochi, forno tradizionale, microonde, macchina da caffè (a cialde), pentole e stoviglie, lavastoviglie...
Al piano si trova anche un bel bagno finestrato con doccia (ed ampio telefono doccia).
Al piano superiore si accede da scala a chiocciola e qui si trova la camera da letto matrimoniale (larghezza 160 cm.) che ha una gradevolissima terrazza che si affaccia sul giardino privato, ed è arredata sedia e tavolino da lavoro e da una comoda poltrona chaise longue per i vostri meritati momenti di relax.
Gli appartamenti adiacenti sono nuovissimi e finemente arredati. I pavimenti sono tutti di un bel gres porcellanato effetto legno.
Tutte le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata (caldo / freddo) regolabile autonomamente.
La nostra opinione: è l'alloggio ideale per 1/2 famiglie o un gruppo di amici che vuole passare del bel tempo insieme all'aria aperta: i giardini sono ampi, ben arredati e tutti da godere! La cittadina turistica è ben servita ed il mare è facilmente raggiungibile in bicicletta.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Wir waren mit allem mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber schön eingerichtet und genauso wie auf den Bildern.
Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Man hat sich direkt willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and convenient, located in a quiet area but close to the train station. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay — from a kitchen with dishes to comfortable furniture and high-quality bed linen, plus a lovely private courtyard. We had a wonderful stay at Torre del Lago Puccini! The house was modern, well-equipped, very clean and in excellent condition. We particularly liked the large terrace and the high level of comfort. The location is ideal: The motorway and train station are quickly accessible, as are local shops. The contact with the hosts was excellent – friendly, quick and always helpful, even on weekends. We felt completely at home and can absolutely recommend this accommodation!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, spacious, newly built/renovated villa with our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The house was immaculately clean, modern, and extremely child-friendly, making it perfect for families. It featured 2 bathrooms, a charging station for electric cars, and excellent security, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk to the train station, which made exploring the area super convenient without needing a car. The highlight was the amazing host—super responsive, kind, and always ready to help when needed. We were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts upon arrival, which made the experience feel extra special. The villa had everything we needed and more, from comfort to convenience, and we truly felt at home. Gli appartamenti sono abbastanza spaziosi e arredati in modo perfetto.
È presente qualsiasi comfort, tra cui lavatrice/lavastoviglie/condizionatore ecc… e ognuno di essi presenta un video guida su come utilizzarli al meglio! Oltre ad avere tutti gli utensili utili per la cucina.

Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Felt perfectly safe walking around with my family. Near the main strip of town. A bit of a walk to the beach but it was easy to find. Train station was about a 5 minute walk away (but it's a small town stop so there be aware of limited connection times). We were 2 families so we booked both houses. The x3 house was a very tight squeeze for 4 (2 adults and 2 small kids). But overall this was well stocked and a wonderful place to base for our Tuscany adventures. Cinque Terre was our favorite day trip! Pisa and Lucca were both beautiful as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questa casa. La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità ma vuole anche essere vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi. La casa è ben arredata e accogliente, con un bel giardino che è stato perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Anche il barbecue all'aperto è stato un grande plus per le nostre cene sotto le stelle! I proprietari sono stati super disponibili e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare. We had an amazing stay at this place! The house is super cozy, with a lovely private garden where we enjoyed meals outside. It's in a peaceful area, but still close to the beach and everything you need – cafes, restaurants, and shops are all nearby.
