Ubicata nel centro di Torre del Lago Puccini (Viareggio), a 2,7 km dal mare e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a tutti i servizi: bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, farmacia, tabacchi, fruttivendolo e supermercato.
Si accede da cancello elettrico carrabile ad una area (80 mq.) che "la casa di Marty per 3" ha in comune con la proprietà in affitto "la casa di Marty per 6".
In tale area condominiale è concesso entrare con l'auto solo per lo scarico bagagli, ricarica auto elettrica (c'è la apposita colonnina di ricarica) e per il parcheggio di biciclette. Solo in caso di affitto di entrambe le case vi si può anche parcheggiare.
L'area di privacy della proprietà inizia con un vialetto di elegante ghiaia bianca sulla sinistra che accede ad bel giardino privato di 35 mq. (anch'esso in elegante ghiaia bianca), dove un ombrellone, un tavolo da pranzo da 6 ed un barbecue, ci fanno godere di piacevoli momenti all'aria aperta e cene al fresco. Qui si trova anche l'area lavanderia con lavatrice.
Un'altra piacevole area esterna, da godere per momenti di relax, è la terrazza (10 mq.) della camera al secondo piano.
Le aree interne della proprietà (45 mq.) con i suoi 3 posti letto si dispongono su due piani (piano terra e piano primo) e si affacciano tutte su questo giardino privato.
Su richiesta (ad un costo aggiuntivo di 50 euro per soggiorno) è possibile avere una culla o un letto aggiuntivo per un quarto ospite.
Esterno
Il giardino privato è recintato e ha completa privacy, è decorato fine ghiaia bianca ed area verde dove soggiornare sotto l'ombrellone, cucinare al barbecue e godersi piacevoli cene al fresco in un tavolo da 6.
L'alloggio è molto vicino a tutte le comodità: tabacchi, ristoranti, pizzerie, bar, edicola, fruttivendolo, piccolo store, supermercato, lavanderia a gettone, lavanderia/stireria, farmacia, banca, posta...
È tutto molto comodo e vicino, per una vacanza davvero rilassante!
Attrazioni Turistiche
Vi sono tanti sentieri in mezzo alla natura da percorrere a piedi e in bicicletta, anche attraverso il Parco Nazionale della Pineta di Migliarino-San Rossore.
Per gli amanti della montagna, le Alpi Apuane distano solo pochi km, ed offrono sentieri e rifugi da cui ammirare panorami mozzafiato.
Queste le principali attrazioni nei dintorni:
- Viareggio: la passeggiata in stile Liberty dei primi del '900
- Pisa: piazza dei Miracoli e Torre Pendente.
- Forte dei Marmi e Pietrasanta (detta la "Piccola Atene"): arte e divertimento.
- Lucca: la città delle 40 chiese, circondata da 4 km di mura medioevali perfettamente conservate.
- Firenze: la culla del Rinascimento, per arte, cultura e buon cibo.
- Le Cinque Terre: un percorso che tutto il mondo ci invidia, fra paesini a strapiombo sul mare.

Dentro il cancello elettrico è presente la colonnina per la ricarica di auto elettriche.
L'auto può sostare dentro il cancello elettrico (nell'area comune con l'altra proprietà) solo per il tempo di scaricare i bagagli o ricaricare l'auto elettrica, o si può parcheggiare dentro il cancello elettrico solo se si affittano entrambe le proprietà di "Casa di Marty". Il costo per la ricarica dei veicoli elettrici è di €0,55 al kWh, da pagare cash la sera prima della partenza. Siete pregati di segnalarci l'utilizzo.
Facilmente e senza costi si può parcheggiare l'auto nelle vicinanze (fino all'ampio parcheggio della stazione).
Le biciclette (che potrete noleggiare nel vicino negozio) si possono parcheggiare al sicuro nella corte comune oltre il sicuro cancello elettrico.

La stazione ferroviaria (Torre del Lago) è a soli 100m e collega con Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, 5 Terre... Tutte splendide località visitabili in giornata.
La fermata dell'autobus per Viareggio è vicino casa.
Descrizione degli Interni
Al piano si trova anche un bel bagno finestrato con doccia (ed ampio telefono doccia).
Al piano superiore si accede da scala a chiocciola e qui si trova la camera da letto matrimoniale (larghezza 160 cm.) che ha una gradevolissima terrazza che si affaccia sul giardino privato, ed è arredata sedia e tavolino da lavoro e da una comoda poltrona chaise longue per i vostri meritati momenti di relax.
L'appartamento è nuovissimo e finemente arredato. I pavimenti sono tutti di un bel gres porcellanato effetto legno.
Tutte le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata (caldo / freddo) regolabile autonomamente.
La nostra opinione: è l'alloggio ideale per una piccola famiglia di 3 persone che vuole godersi piacevoli momenti insieme all'aria aperta: il giardino è ampio, ha ottima privacy ed ben arredato! La cittadina turistica è ben servita ed il mare è facilmente raggiungibile in bicicletta.

Nice little holiday home in a quiet, yet central location. The main street with all necessary shops and the train station are within walking distance. There is no central heating; the air conditioning system is used for heating. The floor is very cold, so be sure to bring thick slippers and an extra sweater.

The apartments are a little smaller than in the photo. The camera and lens do their job. Very nice and cozy. There is everything you need. All instructions for operating the equipment are in QR codes. Barbecue in the yard. Champagne and shower cosmetics as a gift for vacationers. Not far from the train station. There is a large free parking lot nearby. You can always become.

A beautifully spent week's vacation. The town of Torre del Lago is a small, peaceful resort, and will suit those who like peace and quiet. It offers excellent train connections to tourist attractions such as Pisa and Florence. The accommodation at Casa de Marty met our expectations. Modernly furnished apartment, fully equipped for a shorter vacation, we appreciated the possibility of sitting on the terrace under a parasol.
I would recommend Casa de Marty x 3 for two adults, or at most a couple with one small child. The apartment is really tiny and besides the double bed, there is only a sofa bed, which is not very comfortable. The accommodation is located quite far from the sea, it is about an hour's walk - so you need to rent a bike or take the city bus (it runs twice an hour).

Welcome bottle of wine. Convenient location for commuting to the beach by car or for trips to attractive destinations in the area. Online check-in and check-out without a problem. There is no reserved parking space at the apartment, but it is possible to drive there to unload/load luggage. Parking in a spacious parking lot is within 250 m.
It would be better if there were more sizes of pots and a ladle in the kitchen.

Es war wirklich eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, da alles perfekt organisiert und bis ins Detail liebevoll vorbereitet war.Das Apartment war nicht nur sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch komplett ausgestattet – von der Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien bis hin zu den komfortablen Möbeln. Es hat uns an fast nichts gefehlt, einige Sachen sollen aber doch hinzufügt werden und zwar ein großes Küchenmesser und weitere Kleiderbügel für den Schrank, sonst wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Mühe, die Sie in die Vorbereitung gesteckt haben, haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Eine sehr tolle, moderne Unterkunft. Zu zweit perfekt, mit einer dritten Person vielleicht etwas beängt aber machbar. In der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles sehr neu und modern. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kann auf dem Balkon und der Terasse prima entspannen. Lediglich, dass man nicht im Grundstück parken kann ist schade, aber es gibt in der nahen Umgebung viele gratis Plätze. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden es jedem weiterempfehlen, der in dieser Region Urlaub machen will.

Nous y avons séjourné 15 jours Le logement est facile à trouver il était propre Il y a tout ce qu’il faut , la résidence est sécurisée par un portail électrique. Nicola est très réactif aux demandes Le logement se trouve à 300 mètres de la gare, nous avons pu voyager en train pendant tout notre séjour Il y a tout ce qu’il faut a Torre del lago le voisinage est très sympathique le lieu est très calme On peut se rendre à pied ou à vélo à la plage en passant par la pinède à peine 3km En bref très bon séjour.

Alles perfekt! Das Casa Di Marty 3 ist genau so wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Man hat ein kleines 2-stöckiges modernes Häuschen für sich allein. Sehr sauber und sehr stilvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden was wir brauchten. Sehr ruhiges Quartier und bequemes Bett. Sehr schön die Terrasse und der Balkon. Viele hilfreiche Informationen zur Umgebung und Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Vielen Dank Nicola für die schnellen Rückmeldungen. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und haben immer einen Parkplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe gefunden. Im Dorf haben wir (sehr günstig bei Stefano Pieri) Strandvelos gemietet und konnten so ohne Parkplatzsuche ins Dorf, nach Viareggio, an den See und an den Strand fahren (sehr schön durch den Pinienwald zum Strand). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder in dieses hübsche Häuschen.

Siamo stati 3 settimane con una bimba di 6 mesi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort e abbiamo sfruttato al meglio tutti gli spazi, interni ed esterni. la nostra bimba si è sentita come a casa. I proprietari super gentili e disponibili. speriamo di tornarci presto!

Siamo felicissimi che il vostro soggiorno di tre settimane con la vostra bimba di 6 mesi sia stato così piacevole. È meraviglioso sapere che avete trovato l'alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort e che avete sfruttato al meglio tutti gli spazi, interni ed esterni. Casa di Marty per 3 is a very comfortable, light, modern and fully equiped holiday home and an excellent base to explore the beautiful region. Close to Pisa, Lucca, the Apuan mountains and sea. The beaches in Torre del Lago are very quiet and peaceful in early May on weekdays and the weather was perfect for us to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings and take some day trips to the mountains and the Tuscany region. The casa has two floors and 2 very nice outdoor spaces ( both a balcony and a private garden / terrace ). We really enjoyed our stay there !
