proposto su BelcantoVillas a prezzi migliori. Un piccolo ed elegante ingresso, arredato con panchetta, console ed armadi, ci collega a tutte le altre stanze.
L’ampia sala moderna ha belle travi a vista, Smart Tv, ed una luminosa finestra che affaccia sui giardini, ed è composta da angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale (160 cm).
L’angolo cottura è dotato di 4 fuochi a induzione, forno tradizionale, microonde, lavastoviglie, tostapane... ed ogni utile accessorio.
Un ripostiglio walking closet attrezzato ad armadiatura è ad uso per chi dorme nel divano letto.
La camera da letto, con travi a vista, ha un letto matrimoniale (ma all’occorrenza è divisibile in due letti singoli), una luminosa finestra che affaccia sui giardini, ed un armadio a due ante.
Il bagno ha un’ampia doccia, un comodo e grande specchio, ed un ripostiglio per lavatrice, scope, aspirapolvere…
Aria Condizionata: tutto l’appartamento è servito da tre split di aria condizionata (caldo/freddo) nei tre vani per avere un’immediata ottimale temperatura sia d’inverno che d’estate. Certificazione APE: G 166,70 kWh/m² anno
La Nostra Opinione:
appartamento ideale per soggiorni di breve periodo grazie alla posizione ottimale nel pieno Oltrarno del centro storico fiorentino, a pochi metri da Piazza Pitti.
Il suo stile country chic e moderno al tempo stesso, lo rende perfetto per 4 ospiti che viaggiano senza rinunciare allo stile ed al comfort. Può risultare utile anche per soggiorno di lungo periodo grazie alla zona poco rumorosa e alla lavatrice presente nell'alloggio.
Attrazioni Turistiche
Da centro rurale, nei secoli passati l’Oltrarno divenne un quartiere chic dove molti aristocratici costruirono i propri palazzi e ville. Il più grande di questi è senz’altro Palazzo Pitti già dimora dei Gran Duca di Toscana. Al giorno d’oggi Palazzo Pitti ospita molte mostre e musei, tra i più importanti della città. Altre importanti attrazioni dell’Oltrarno sono la Cappella Brancacci con i suoi magnifici affreschi di Masaccio, Masolino e Filippino Lippi, il Piazzale Michelangelo con il suo panorama mozzafiato di Firenze, la magnifica chiesa di San Miniato (uno dei punti più alti della città e il miglior esempio di arte romanica in Toscana) e il Ponte Vecchio che ospita innumerevoli gioiellerie e orafi. All’interno di Palazzo Pitti si trova il meraviglioso giardino di Boboli, un museo all’aperto di sculture, alcune risalenti anche al XVI e XVII secolo.
Infine l’Oltrarno è famoso anche per il mercatino di piazza Santo Spirito (allestito ogni mattina), i suoi caffè ed enoteche (Olio & Convivium, Bene Vobis, Caffè degli Artigiani . . .) e le trattorie che offrono piatti di cucina toscana (Santo Bevitore, I 4 Leoni, Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco, Il Magazzino . . .). Coloro che sceglieranno di abitare in questa zona troveranno una vasta gamma di negozi alimentari, pasticcerie, fornai e molto altro ancora.

Se desiderate utilizzare l’auto per circolare in città vi consigliamo di prestare particolare attenzione ai cartelli stradali al fine di evitare spiacevoli multe e di contattare garage privati in centro (ovvero quello più vicino alla vostra abitazione) al fine di ottenere un permesso di accesso temporaneo.

Può ospitare fino a 4 persone, ed è ideale per soggiorni di breve e medio periodo di chi ama visitare anche a piedi la città di Firenze. Gli ospiti che dormono nel divano letto posso usufruire di 2 porta valigie e della cabina armadio per sistamere i propri vestiti, è inoltre presente uno stiloso paravento separè per dare una maggior privacy e dividere la zona notte dal soggiorno.

Great apartment and host! The apartment was well furnished and very clean, it felt like a hotel room. The host was very helpful and responsive during the whole stay. A/C was strong, WiFi was fast. Great location that was walkable to everything, super quiet at night. Would stay here again. Thanks!

The property was ultra clean, thoroughly modernized and at an excellent location, just 5-7min on foot away from Duomo and in a very quiet neighborhood! You could walk the old Florence city on foot and reach everywhere, yet have the comfort similar to your own home. The home was modern and fully equipped and the living room was very spacious and ultra comfortable. As I was also working in the property, the WiFi speed was over 800mpbs (!) at all times, making my call-conferences and AI work over the cloud a joy! I suspect it had a gigabit Internet connection :-) The property was easily accessible through an elevator yet had this high-ceiling and long windows that you cherish, from the older eras! I could not praise the property more, as everything exceeded our expecations. We stayed for two whole weeks and it was the best choice we could possibly make. Highly recommended!

First, Daniele was very responsive and communicated well prior to our coming and during the time that I have questions. The property is very close to Ponte Vecchio and good walking distance to the museums and well as just in the neighborhood of Oltrarno. The space is spacious for 4 people and the cookie welcome is a nice touch. Lots of stairs as usual for an European apartment. Nice AC to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom is modern and adequate space for an Italian apartment. If you find this apartment at your price range , grab it!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Daniele. L’emplacement est idéal : suffisamment proche du centre historique, des musées et des principaux sites d’intérêt pour tout faire à pied, tout en étant au cœur d’un quartier vivant qui permet de découvrir la véritable vie italienne.
Daniele a toujours été très réactif et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. L’appartement est confortable et les fenêtres donnent sur des cours intérieures arborées, ce qui le rend particulièrement calme malgré sa situation centrale.

Apartment was perfect, very quite, fully fitted with everything we needed. Airconditioning in every room. Host was friendly and very helpfull. Location is convenient, central, 5-15 min.walk to all main spots.
Everything was good there, but if you travel with a baby it is not comfortable to climb these high steps (43) with a baby stroller. Not comfortable but possible. Also they now start charging 30€ additionaly for the baby cot.

Buen piso muy reformado, hay que tener en cuenta la antigüedad de los edificios de toda la zona (sin ascensor y paredes/techo finos), pero en zona muy tranquila y, en nuestra opinión, mejor que en la otra orilla más céntrica del río. Todo estaba muy limpio y funcionaba genial, el libro de instrucciones y recomendaciones de la casa también ayuda. Especial mención a la ducha, que tenía una presión y temperatura maravillosas.

Lovely apartment in Oltrarno. Wine shop, market, restaurant within steps. Apartment was lovely, spotless and welcoming. Host was awesome, checked on us and offered help if needed. Comfy bed, really nice linens. All appliances worked very well including washer. 20 minute walk to city center which was just what we wanted. Kitchen great for cooking. Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens just a short walk away. Highly reccomend this place!

Beautifully appointed apartment in the Oltrarno area. Feel like a local while being neighbors to the Pitti Palace, and mere minutes to Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. Right across the street, say hello to Sam at Pitti Express for a quick and delicious lasagna dinner. Grocery stores close by too. Daniele was communicative and responded quickly to our questions. We appreciated the Belcanto Villas guest book with important information and recommendations. And the steps to the apartment helped work off all the delicious pasta! We hope to stay again soon!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Pitti Flat sehr genossen. 1a Lage. Ruhig und doch zentral. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen auch in Restaurants wo Florentiner essen gehen und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut ist. Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar. Bahnhof Santa Maria de Novella ebenfalls nicht weit um Tagesausflüge in die umliegenden Orte der Toskana zu machen. Daniele war jederzeit für Fragen ansprechbar.

Cómodo, amplio, con aires acondicionados en todos los sectores del departamento. We really enjoyed our stay. Daniele was wonderful, gave us great recommendations, and was always quick to reply to our messages. The location was ideal — restaurants and bars nearby, yet still peaceful and at a more relaxed pace, away from the busier tourist side.

Daniele was there to greet us and help us with our luggage when we arrived and thank God because I did not realize it was on the 3rd floor so there were several flights of stairs to go up to the apartment. Daniele also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and some cokkies. The place was in a great location, walkable to everything and quiet area. Lots to do and see around the area. Small supermarket right across the street and many little restaurants all around. The Pitti Palace was just down a short walk away with lots of great shopping nearby.
My only complaint was the main mattress was very hard so I had to move to the sofa bed which was more comfortable and the pillows were way to soft for me. Everything else was great and the apartment had everything we needed including soap , detergent, paper towels. The one thing I would suggest is some kitchen towels to dry the dishes and cutlery when you wash them because using paper towels for that does not work very well. Thank you Daniele

We understand that we all have different tastes when it comes to the softness of our mattresses and pillows: some prefer firmer ones, while others prefer softer ones. That's why we've placed a firmer mattress in the bedroom and a softer one in the living room, so our guests can choose their favorite, as well as the pillows. A dishtowel for the kitchen should always be present, haven't you found one?

We loved staying at BelcantoVilla! My husband and I appreciated all of the local recommendations and the fact that the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Everything was close by, yet quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of things. Apartment is spacious, clean and secure. Location of this apartment was perfect. Felt more local than touristy, beautiful little piazzas nearby, great food and drinks spots. Easily accessible to walk to all attractions in stunningly beautiful Florence, yet away from noise and the bustle. Apartment was spacious and had all amenities one would need. Danielle was easily contactable and very helpful and friendly.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming apartment in the heart of Florence! The space was exactly as described—bright, stylish, and impeccably clean with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially loved the exposed wooden beams, modern furnishings. The location is absolutely ideal—just steps from Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens, and an easy walk to all the major sites while still feeling like a local in the artistic Oltrarno district. Daniele, the host, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and helpful from the moment we booked through check-out. Great location in a very nice neighborhood with regular market on Piazza Santo Spirito, lots of restaurants and shopping options, only a few minutes walk from Uffizi gallery but still a very quite apartment – with windows into a quite and green inner yard. Very comfortable beds and sofa, really nice and warm wooden flooring, all good renovated and clean. Good kitchen with all the needed equipment as well. As in photos. Good specialty coffee in Ditta Artigianale nearby. It's a nice long walk to the train station – from there we often went to Prato for hiking in the hills. Pasticceria Buonamici is also recommended. Dog friendly place! But mind that some of the parks around the area are not accessible or paid entry and dogs not allowed. Daniele is very friendly and responsive. I would be glad to stay here again if/when I come to Florence again!

Daniele di Belcanto Villas mi ha fatto un’ottima accoglienza, anche se ho dovuto chiedergli di posticiparla rispetto all’orario previsto. È di questo lo ringrazio molto. Mi ha spiegato bene il funzionamento della casa e meglio ancora come godersi al meglio la città: dove fare Colazione, i migliori aperitivi, i diversi ristorante e locali adatti a me… Il vero motivo per cui scelgo Airbnb è per trovare in Amico che mi sappia ben consigliare, ed io mi sono proprio sentita accudita. La casa è come descritta, molto comoda, silenziosa e super centrale. La zona offre il meglio del meglio e la città è tutta a portata di breve passeggiata… Sono rimasta molto contenta e non vedo l’ora di tornare… Grazie mille!

Proactive and responsive communication. Contactless check in was easy and instructions were very clear. Location is excellent if you are looking to escape the congested tourist areas but still be within easy walking distance of most main attractions.

Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e ordinato, e con tutto il necessario in camera, bagno e cucina. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere i principali punti d’interesse in pochi minuti di camminata. Daniele e Nicola sono stati davvero disponibili, sia venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze al momento del check-in sia nel suggerirci ristoranti e locali caratteristici in zona (in via Santo Spirito e piazza della Passera ce ne sono di ottimi!) Consigliamo il Pitti Flat sia per brevi permanenze, come nel nostro caso un fine settimana, che per soggiorni più lunghi.

The apartment is perfectly located in the district Santo Spirito (Oltrarno) and offers a private place for relaxing; well suited for a longterm stay. Any question is immediately answered and taken care of by the owner. If I were to come again to Firenze for a longer stay I would not hesitate to book the apartment again.

Estancia muy agradable, cercania a los lugares da interes . Zona muy tranquila y sin molestias pero a un paso del puente Vecchio . Apartamento con todo lo necesario, comodo para una familia . Gran comunicaccion antes de la llegada con toda clase de instrucciones. A very peaceful flat in an excellent location. Exceedingly close to Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Gardens and minutes from Ponte Vecchio. All sights are walkable and we even trekked to the train station on our departure- around 20 minutes. The flat is very clean and spacious. A gorgeous shower which is so welcome after a long day sightseeing. We had 3 days in Florence and still lots more to see. Would go back and to the accommodation. If you have the time to spend in Florence, the different passes are worth the money: Uffizi, Bargello and Duomo.
Your love for Florence makes me really happy as your love for my apartment!

Eine zentral und ruhig gelegene, schöne Unterkunft, die alles hat, was man braucht (Küchenbenutzung, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Fön etc.), um sich in Florenz wohlzufühlen. Die Unterkunft ist so, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt.
Die Gastgeber reagieren sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und sind jederzeit bereit, die Gäste zu unterstützen und Lösungen für Probleme zu finden. Sie sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Wir sind rundherum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
